Rude ass people at this Wendy's drive thru for some frostys with my grandkids and the staff terrible manners ☠️😠👎
Nobody acknowledges that you're in the store horrible stood it front for 10 minutes The gentleman in front of me was standing here when I walked in not one person acknowledged our existence. When we tried to get help we were told that nobody can help us
Sandwiches were lacking bacon and the meat was super thin Dave would be disappointed

My order was not correct after I left the drive thru. Busy area wasn’t worth turning back around for. I got the Baconator the meal was cold fries tasted las they were sitting then dropped back into the oil for the order no crispness the burger had zero flavor not a fan employees were pleasant.
You place an order for chicken nuggets then they tell you to pull away of the drive through to the corner of the restaurant as your nuggets are not ready. Meanwhile, I look and notice an employee is stacking my nuggets into a bag bare handed with no gloves on. Utterly disgusting. Then he walks out 30 secs later with your nuggets. This place needs a serious inspection and quality control enforcement.
This Wendy’s is horrible. The manager was very rude, no customer service skills at all. The food was also horrible and old.
I wouldn’t return to this location.
I wanted to order 2 separate orders so I ordered a large fry (fresh)
Spicy Asiago sandwich(fresh)
The second order was supposed to be a small cilli and a medium strawberry lemonade but I was told there was no chilli available so I told the cashier to add on to the first order and get me a small strawberry lemonade.
So the first order was supposed to be a large fry (fresh)

I received my order and when I left I noticed my sandwich wasn't spicy so I turned back around and went to the door but the lobby was closed.
I got back in my car and went to the drive thru and explained what happened and the lady told me to drive to the window.
I spoke to a Hispanic woman and spoke to another Hispanic female with dark short hair and glasses. The female with short hair and glasses told me she would remake my chicken sandwich but I explained to her could she remake my fries as well.At this point I returned the bag of food. She proceeded to ask me if my fries were not fresh( with a attitude) and I told them I want my money back.
*If I have to wait for my spicy chicken sandwich to get remade I want fresh fries.
I was told by both females and a male I couldn't get my money back because the lobby was closed. They told me they can remake my food but not give me my money back because they would get in trouble.
They left me at the drive thru for a few minutes without any communication and proceeded to speak Spanish and closed the window.

The staff was rude and wouldn't give me my money back.
I honked my horn after a few minutes and a male came to the window and stated the lobby was closed and they weren't allowed to give me my money back. I explained that I wanted a refund but was told I can only get my food remade.
I moved my car so I wouldn't block potential customers and I called the non emergency number. A few minutes later the sheriff arrived and I explained what happened and they went to the wendys and spoke to the Hispanic female with short hair and glasses. 2 minutes
later she gave me my refund.
If you aren't allowed to give me a refund because the lobby is closed..... why when the sheriff deputies come you give me a refund?

As soon as we pulled up to the drive through the man had an attitude with us. We were just about to order and he yelled out “I said wait one second”. Very confusing since we barely said a word before he yelled at us. We waited for over 10 minutes and left after that because I was convinced they just refused to even come back and take our order. I usually come here since it is close but they will always take a long time to bring out the food that I had ordered. Do not come here. This has been the worst Wendy’s I have been to and every time they will get my order wrong or give me someone else’s.

It’s October 30th 2024. Got there at 11pm and the drive through was blocked by your employees and their friends car smoking. We asked them to move and they said no. We went around the vehicle avoiding an accident because legally your drive through is single car only and the woman refused to move. We tried to let the drive through worker that had gone inside from smoking know that it wasn’t cool but they said they don’t care. Obviously didn’t order anything because nasty cigarette smell and didn’t want them to spit in my food for arguing with them about blocking the drive through. Truly hope you pay these people absolute minimum wage as that is the service they provide. The company would be more profitable if they just had a touch screen and a cook. There’s no need for 4 ppl chillin n smoking deterring customers. You can look at your cameras for photos if you even care
