It’s October 30th 2024. Got there at 11pm and the drive through was blocked by your employees and their friends car smoking. We asked them to move and they said no. We went around the vehicle avoiding an accident because legally your drive through is single car only and the woman refused to move. We tried to let the drive through worker that had gone inside from smoking know that it wasn’t cool but they said they don’t care. Obviously didn’t order anything because nasty cigarette smell and didn’t want them to spit in my food for arguing with them about blocking the drive through. Truly hope you pay these people absolute minimum wage as that is the service they provide. The company would be more profitable if they just had a touch screen and a cook. There’s no need for 4 ppl chillin n smoking deterring customers. You can look at your cameras for photos if you even care

I don't drink coffee in the afternoon, but upon finishing my late lunch salad, I felt I needed a kick. I went to the counter and asked for coffee. It was given to me on the house and with a smile.

I don’t go to Wendy’s often and this was sort of a reminder why that is. I ordered 3 burgers, 2 bacon double stacks and a jr cheeseburger deluxe, which was somehow $10+ but that’s not the important part.
I waited a little over 20 minutes around the corner from the drive thru window, as instructed by the employee. I’m convinced they forgot that I was waiting out there because I watched about 5-6 other cars come and go from the drive thru while I’m waiting for 3 burgers. Then when they finally noticed and brought my food, it was not what I ordered. None of the burgers had bacon even though 2 were supposed to. I’m pretty sure they just panicked and grabbed 3 random burgers when they noticed me waiting outside and rushed them out. I’m pretty sure of this because the double stack burgers were hot like they were freshly made but the jr cheeseburger was very cold.
The jr cheeseburger was also smothered in ketchup and mayo. The double stacks at least tasted fine, just missing bacon. Pretty disappointing.

Every time I order through the driver thur they give me food that is not I asked for a hamburger with bacon and they gave me a normal hamburger and on top of that I paid for 8 nuggets and they gave me 4 it is not the first time they are never pending the service today is terrible and I asked for a chili for my girlfriend and it seems like a terrible soup without flavor and watered down.

Horrible only option is to do your own order on the monitor you go to the counter for anything no one sees you I had to go back to get my own cup and no one even said nothing seeing me the point robots working

The guy in the drive thru didn't do his job well, i paid $17+ for my order. trusting him, that he is doing his job well. Unfortunately he is not. My order is missing one burger. He is not focus and he is playing with his co workers while doing his job.
