I just wanna say today at this time the people who were working at the drive-thru today were very nice and cheerful making jokes and complimenting me. I couldn't read the name tag very well but whoever is in charge of this Wendy's I hope you recognize their character. We need more of that in this world.

I want to start by saying i’ve of course as many people have been to a lot of fast food places and this is by far the cleanest and the customer service is unmatched thanks largely in part of the Manager Courtney Thompson his attitude and genuine friendliness made me and my family’s experience a one to remember we will definitely be coming back when we’re in the area Thanks again Courtney Thompson!

The worst Wendy I have been. Bad service! My daughter was in need to use the restroom and the staff said I should purchase first before use it, however she unable to hold it and there were people in line to purchase before me. That is ridiculous!! I will never buy anything on Wendy anymore!

I was in the line to get something to eat and mu daugther felt no good from her belly ask the maneger about the code for the bathroom for her and the response he was to busy and he had to many costumers. The way he was also treating the emplpyees working was not the correct
Need a training or get fired.

If I could give less than one star I would!! I asked to use the restroom and was told I couldn’t receive the door code unless I purchased something, and “ok” not a problem. I walked back out the store, when I got to my car I looked back and one of the associates gave someone else who bought nothing the code!! I went back into the store and confronted the guy who told me I could not receive the code unless I purchased something, and stated “if that’s the rule for one that should be the rule for all” he replied “I tell everyone that” and I stated as I pointed to the associate, “apparently he doesn’t” and the guy I was speaking with shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Customer service has become obsolete!! I may not have been purchasing anything at that time but I “WAS” definitely a Wendy’s customer.

Came in to eat dinner, the manager misheard me say I wanted a number 6 meal and just a sandwich , a number 9. Instead of the number 9 she gave us a number 8. Simple fix appreciate that.

Than needed to use the bathroom one of the crew members said you need to make a purchase, i said I did and showed the receipt, she had a little attitude with me.

I don’t care if you’re having a bad day or what, you check your personal life at the door when you’re at work. If you’re not sure of the answer then say you don’t know the answer. Don’t have an attitude with customers that will make a customer not want to come back. The customer is clearly showing the RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.

Please do better.

Had a combi and cheese fries along with a bacon and cheese potato. The cheese on the fries was not melted, we had to ask for the missing combo fries and the jacket potato was small. Not too impressed, sorry 😔

The late night staff (11pm on Saturday) were absolutely amazing. Food: fresh. Service: exceptional. Thank you guys !! The manager and window staff were so helpful and kind. Fresh and fast friendly
