Self-order machines didn't work, and staff seemed annoyed that we would place our order over the counter. Food was as good as you'd expect from any fast food place, but not as much excessive fats and salt in the burger is a big plus for me. 👍

So i dont understand why online shows that drive thru its open until 2 am and they closed the whole store at 10 pm doesnt make sense plus the guy was very rude when he tell me they closed

Stopped twice in a week for carry out for family staying in nearby hotel. On one occasion an item was not included in the package, but the attendant noted that he inadvertently left it out and hustled out to the parking lot to bring it to us. Much appreciated that effort!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be addressed. I showed up to this Wendy’s location at 9:58 PM, a full two minutes before closing. The sign clearly states they’re open until 10:00 PM, yet the doors were already locked on one side. I managed to get in through the other side, only to be met with rude stares from the staff and a manager in a red shirt who flat-out refused to take my order.
Not only was I within the proper hours to be served, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The employees looked at me like I was an inconvenience, and the manager had zero professionalism. If you don’t plan to serve customers until your posted hours, don’t advertise that you’re open until 10 PM.
This was a completely unfair experience and reflects poor leadership, bad customer service, and a disregard for paying customers. I won’t be returning to this location again, and I hope upper management takes a closer look at the kind of team they’re putting in place.

Wendy's is one of the very few fast food chains we frequent. Many healthy options like chili, backed potatoes, great salads, chicken sandwiches, and more. Biggie bags are a great deal. Buy the frostie key chain emblem and get a free mini frostie every visit!!!
