I did a delivery order due to a busy schedule and needing some hot coffee, ended up spending $20.68 on a small meal with the hot coffee. The order arrived with missing items, including the hot coffee that was the reason for the whole thing. I contacted Wendy's the same day and was put through the ringer of trying to get a resolution. The final resolution, 5 days later: ignored emails and, after a phone call and some teeth pulling, a $1.74 refund.

I understand Wendy's outsources its delivery services, but if it's offered directly in the Wendy's app, then Wendy's needs to take responsibility for when it's messed up.

This Wendy's has the new AI ordering system at the drive thru, it's awesome, it handled our customized order perfectly. The food was solid for fast food, typical Wendy's.

If you order online be sure to call the sure to make sure they give you sauces. I have never met a store where if you ask for nuggets with bbq you don’t get the bbq, at that point don’t even give me the nuggets. The workers think by messing peoples orders up, it makes them feel better about working. Scary scary people

they are very slow inside and in the drive thru, i have waited 30 minutes for my food and the fastest they’ve ever been is maybe 20 minutes. they never have anyone at the register and they maybe only 2 actual nice and respectful employees. the mcdonald’s next door is faster and better customer service surprisingly. Even the managers are just as rude and slow. no one pays attention to you if you wait at the counter or will even try to help you.

The menu in the drive thru lists coca cola freestyle and displays one price, $2.99. I order three large drinks, and get charged $3.49 each. I ask the person at the window about the discrepancy, and they told me only the small is $2.49. So... I said $2.99, not $2.49 and the menu lists only one price, so that is bait and switch. I guess 2.49/2.99/3.49 for small/medium/large, but you'll never know from the menu. Also, the drive through uses AI, so I only got two of my three drinks because 2 coca colas is apparently the same as 1 coca cola to the AI. This visit was terrible.
