Went in drive thru ordered 2 kids meals at 4.69, then it was 4.99 on screen. I politely asked for the manger about the price difference. After 2 people asking what the problem was the manger was complaining about changing the price and finally responded to me in a rude manner. Instead of giving me stated price they proceeded to say they were about to change it. Meanwhile this manager of the store at 10:40 a.m. was smoking a cigarette just outside the door stinking up the drive thru. There were no apologies whatsoever, just complete attitude, I said good day and drove off empty handed.

When you walk in the employee at the counter does not acknowledge you. She walked away three different times and then when I asked who was taking orders, gave me a dirty look, and then the manager came and took my order. Ridiculous soda spilled all over in front of The machine where you get your soda.
I just picked up a mobile order through the drive-thru, and as ALWAYS I was missing items but I'm used to that and their HORRIBLE service. I ordered a Dave's single no onion, and I thought I smelled onion. I told them this along with the missing items. I handed the hamburger to the gentleman at the window. He proceeded TO OPEN MY HAMBURGER AND DIG THROUGH IT OFF TO THE SIDE WITH NO GLOVES ON AND SAY THERE ARE NO ONIONS ON THIS. HE HANDED IT BACK TO ME LIKE IM SUPPOSED TO EAT IT NOW!!! I have never been so disgusted in my life!!!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.
I placed a mobile order FOR DRIVE THRU**. When I got there I told them the name it was under but they said they didn’t have it in the system. I offered to show proof that indeed I did order it at the correct location and paid for it. At the window, they SAW proof of it but basically told me that they didn’t see it in the system and refused to give me a refund or give me a single clue on what to do. I was trying to be understanding because I know what it’s like working in fast food however went around AGAIN to ask where to get a refund since I had pay with apple wallet and there were no options there nor in the wendy’s app to get a refund. I talked to TWO managers, both of which seemed extremely annoyed like I’m sorry that I’m a paying customer who under-reacted over YOU basically scamming me???? One of them directed me to the page where I do the survey which I know doesn’t give a refund it just basically has you review your experience. This place is honestly low even for a fast food chain managed by incompetent people that WILL take your money and WILL NOT give you your food! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.
