This place sucks. It got me sick on Wednesday. The manager doesn’t even let them go home with they’re sick and just let them sneeze all over the food. Disgusting. Thanks for the flu you ungrateful creatures.

Around 1:30am on 12/17/25, I stopped at this Wendy’s location to ask for a cup. There were no other customers in the drive thru at the time, so I drove directly to the window to ask, since requesting a plastic cup through the speaker did not seem necessary. Both employees clearly saw me sitting at the window and chose to ignore me. I remained there waiting to be helped from approximately 1:30am until about 1:45am, a full 15 minutes, all without being acknowledged in any way, shape, or form. The window was only opened after another customer pulled in behind me.
When the window was finally opened, the female employee immediately spoke to me with an attitude and said something along the lines of, “You can’t just come to my window without me knowing,” and told me that I had to “use the microphone.” I said okay and then asked if I could “please have a cup.” She responded by saying, “A cup? That’s it?” before handing it to me. I seriously do not appreciate being deliberately ignored for 15 minutes over something so trivial. What happened was rude, petty, disrespectful, childish, and extremely unnecessary. Ignoring a customer in hopes that they will leave just to prove an insignificant point is not acceptable customer service. This location clearly needs improvement, and both employees involved should be reprimanded and retrained on proper professionalism and respect toward customers. My time was wasted and I was purposely disrespected , so I will be calling corporate to document this situation .

I always get the biggie bag and I’m always happy with the food. It’s fresh and hot including the fries and the soda options are endless with the freestyle machine. The staff is friendly and the location is always clean when I go.

Always very clean place, however many times the complex soda machine is wacked out. No syrup for some selections, etc. But I do love their chili, so that's why they got 5 stars.

food was aight however every time i've ordered this year something has been incorrect with my order. first time, i was missing a drink. second time, my entire order was completely wrong and i thought they straight up handed me someone else's food. this third time, i ordered coffee and they gave me a large soda. i have some dietary needs and cannot have soda in that quantity. please do better.
waste of money, that's not even close to a hamburger, they're selling bread with chicken fillet, a disgraceful Wendy's branch, and to make matters worse, everything was cold, from the potatoes to those buns that call themselves hamburgers, do not visit this restaurant in this location.

I hate to be the one that complains but been coming here pretty often since I place my orders in the mobile app usually everything is okay with it until just a couple minutes ago. My concern is not much how the staff acts which is never friendly but it is a fast food so it is not that serious but when I open my jbc since it had like ridiculous amount of mayo overflowing so I thought that was odd then I found 2 pieces of plastic inside the burger, I am thankful that I decided to check it first but how a mistake like this it’s made? I even thought it was my nails but they are intact and not missing any pieces …

Micheal was the drive-thru cashier and he was very horrible, unprofessional and nasty and rude. The manager Norma offered her assistance but at that point I rather go else where. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on customers.
Food was poorly prepared, but the workers were very friendly. Just wish I had received fresh food.

Took 12 minutes done in with no one in the restaurant or drive threw an employee did NOT wash his hands after coming back from the bathroom when my order came a cockroach crawled from under the cookie display and the manager didn't seem to mind
