I've never had a problem with this Wendy's until this morning (minus one instance that was resolved immediately with no hassle). I placed a mobile order with only four items. We arrived about 6 minutes after opening and were met with no greeting from the intercom. We pulled up to the window, and were still yet to receive a greeting or acknowledgement from staff other than a glance, where they would proceed to hide in the back. We knocked on the window to get their attention, still no reply. We tried entering the lobby, and it was locked. We tried knocking, no response. We did a final drive by the intercom, still no response. Thankfully, it was a mobile order so I was able to get a complete refund; though, this was not appropriate of the opening staff. If they were not ready to open, they could've mentioned that to begin with instead of literally hiding in the back of the store.

I tried to order with the AI system and unfortunately not everyone knows how to use it. I told the machine to cancel it and tried to reorder and just told me to go to the window. At the window the employee (woman, didnât gave me her name) didnât want to take my order, she said I had to go back to the machine and ordered again, to which I proceeded to ask her to please take my order, which she said for the second time âNoâ. I proceeded to ask for the manager (which took them forever, because ALL of them where chitchatting inside the store, not working) and so it created a line of cars behind me (which if she simply wouldâve took my order, that wouldnât had happened.
Luis who claims he is the manager said, that I needed to go back to the machine, that the machine was giving trouble thatâs why it sent me to the window, which I proceeded to explain that I donât know how to use it very well and it was my fault not the machine and that why they have people, employees inside the store if they are not willing to work and help the client. They just simply said, I had to go back to the machine. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

It's just a Wendy's been to better. Stood there for a long time after being started at until I got served. MY stomach felt bad after eating the chicken sandwich. But I mean it tastes good!

These nasty phuks gripped the inside of the chili bowl - i can smell bathroom piss/soap very strong where you can tell where they grabbed the cup. AND they messed up the order, no sauce for my nuggets and forgot my shake. Disgraceful.

I arrived at this place with a couple of my friends to order a meal and pick one up that had been ordered beforehand. At the window i was told i would have to go around the building again and tell the AI computer that i had a pickup order, but there were no other cars behind me and she would not compromise in anyway. We wrap around the building to tell the Computer about out order just for the AI to be cut off by a Worker to ask for the name which couldâve been done at the window without me having to wrap around the building. As we pull up to the window once more i was greeted again by jessica, who i asked for 4 Sauces and she told me should would any give me two, she argued back and forth about the sauces and told me i had enough sauces with the ones she gave us and we had 4 orders. In the end we left without her sauces. This lady argued with a bunch of people over SAUCE

This is the worst wendys I have ever visited. The person who helped me at the service car had a terrible attitude. When I got home I realized that I was missing the sandwiches and I had to go viral. When I arrived he asked me for the balls and the receipt and he looked inside the bags and looked at me with the face of a poorly paid employee and full of compressed emotions asking what I should do. was missing, I told him to give him the receipt for the sandwiches, he turned and closed the window and another employee gave me the receipt after a while.
bags already with the rest of the cold foods for more than 40 minutes and without apologizing, what a shame that they are so unpleasant that they are employed by that place

Can you imagine snapping at a customer when they say hello? Rolling your eyes when they ask for receipt? Well that's what Jessica did Saturday night. Guess customers annoy her. We had a prepaid mobile order and added a cpl frostys and that must've just been too much for her to handle bc her tone and behavior said I wish you would leave and never once did she say welcome or have a nice day

Definitely not the greatest experience, it wasnât necessarily fast or clean, food wise, somehow the chilli was not like in any other Wendyâs Iâve ever been to, so I would skip it in this location.
It's a Wendy's. It deserves more than no stars. What else do you expect?
I dont normally share a review lile this but i have my reasons. my girl got the chicken ranch wrap and I got the pretzel baconator. my birger was fine bit my girls wrap was cold, and the chicken looked dehydrated as it problably been sitting there for a while. we ask for another one to see if it was the same and it was, then we asked for a fresh one and finally she got it fresh but it was still cold.

I went to this Wendy's at around 12:50 AM on 10/05/2024 and ordered a Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe and a Spicy chicken sandwich meal. Everything was great until I was halfway done with the chicken sandwich and I looked at it, it was raw. I'm really hoping that I don't get sick. The person that took my order was very nice as a positive. But obviously, this is completely unacceptable. Raw chicken is a health hazard.
