The best Wendy’s in the Orlando area.
They always seem to be out of sweet tea.

Still thank Dave for Wendy's. Best burgers amongst the fast food places. At least around where I work. Don't have an In and Out or Culver's around here so I can't compare. But Wendy's will always work for me.

If you apply for a job there and they said they will call you the next day with the outcome. Don't expect a call back, they pretty much ghosted me and I had not heard anything in two months.
Food is good no complaints there but wow the service is bad. I have really tried to give them a chance by trying to come multiple times in hopes that it will improve - but whoever is hired there (drive through, lobby doesn’t matter) really needs some workshops on basic service skills. Super rude people there

Ask for and check your receipt!! This location is notorious for upgrading your meal/drink without asking which is against the law! The extra money adds up big time. SHAME on them for taking advantage of customers when their prices are already insanely high! This has happened to me several times and when I ask for a refund the employees look like a deer in headlights. Also, another trick they use is when you ask for a lemonade they automatically charge you for the premium version. You cannot fool me! DO BETTER!

Today, at September 27, 2024, 4:00pm. I placed an order for my three children and, as is our custom, requested the Frosty after the meal. When I politely informed the manager that we were ready for the Frosty, she responded in an extremely rude manner and asked for the receipt, even though the person who had taken my order had already left. I fail to understand why I was asked to produce the receipt when the Frosty was still going to be provided. It appears that both managers require training in handling customers. As someone with experience in retail management, I can confidently state that such behavior is unprofessional.

Ugh!, I knew not to come here, but I went against my instinct. The first time I stopped going because the attitude is lame. Catching attitudes because I asked a question or misunderstood is wild. I drove off then and circled the block. Lesson learned, today I go and they didn’t have any potatoes and something said pull off, but the was holding on to my card trying to persuade me to get something else, so I did. Regret! The sandwich was not what I ordered and it was hard and cold. The chicken nuggets were the same. Just writing this to remind me to not go back to hole. I think they need better employees that like their job.

They have the worst attitude possible, that is because the manager is the one who promotes that environment. Until they change the manager, the problem remains the same. It feels like you're visiting a farmhouse instead of a family-run food establishment. Neither good morning nor thanks.

Just visit this Wendy's, first they were only taking cash didn't apologize for the inconvenience second the egg and cheese biscuits I ordered were cold the black coffee was look warm and only filled half way. To bad I was already home and not worth going back.
