WORST WENDY'S LOCATION EVER. The management is terrible, my boyfriend made a mobile pickup order for this location, when we drove over to pick up the order, they claimed there was no order even though it clearly went through on the app. I've already confirmed this is a location specific/management issue because on multiple occasions I have attempted to make an order and they consistently claim there was no order made. They don't even bother to check their mobile orders and get an attitude with you for daring to ask where your food is, even if as politely as possible. When I do show up to dine-in, the food is as low quality as ever. Most Wendy's locations aside from this specific one have decent food. Go to East Colonial instead, even if it's more of a drive. You won't regret it.

Whoever is working the window aug 5th around 2:30pm DESERVES A RAISE!!! Great customer service.

I had an issue with the app where I wasn’t sure the name I had signed up with because the app was only showing my initials. When I said my initials, we both were a little confused but she helped me out so much, and got my order right. Wish I got her name, but she should be the model for others in food service.

This place gets worse and worse. At least the AI where you tell your order at the drive through isn't rude. But you'll be lucky to even get fresh fries and a hot patty for your burger here. Such a shame.

This place is very close to the nighbourhoods you can literally walk here if you live in Andover Lakes or etc. I saw the other reviews so I am giving 4 stars becuase of that.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was extremely rude, especially from one employee who did not provide her name. She was a short Caucasian woman with a ponytail working around 8 PM on Friday. Her interaction with an elderly Black woman was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. I am not sure if she is new, but her lack of communication skills might explain it. If she is not new, then the behavior is even more concerning and should be addressed immediately. Thankfully, the manager on duty was polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, if this employee does not want to work in fast food or treat all customers with basic respect and decency, she should not be in a customer-facing role. Everyone deserves to be treated kindly, especially in a place that serves the public.
