The young workers practically threw my food out so fast and closed the window and immediately went in their phones. It was so sad. I was missing all of my drinks and had to wave my arms for 5 mins to get someone to look at the window to see me.

I don't normally eat fast food but I had not choice today. My burger was good, the fries fresh and hot and the guy who took my order very attentive. The store looked very clean, including tables and all.

Worst experience I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for awhile and TODAY 03/12/2024 at 3:50pm the manager taking the orders via drive thru was horrible! Not only did they get my order wrong twice but the refused to give me my receipt, the women there all they did was laugh and goof around they did not pay attention to orders will never go to that establishment again I rather take the drive else where. Rude ppl I dont know why they have ppl like that work there.

Really poor attitude from staff and manager. I was polite but either they were having a really bad day or they just go through life with a negative attitude. The "manager", just wow, no management or customer service skills whatsoever. Was very sullen.

My children and I went to this Wendy today when we come up to the drive thru. A person stared screaming what do you want I said. Give me a minute pls you can clearly hear in her angry voice that she did not wanted to be at work today. Shame people like that need to be sent home when they do this while working with people horrible it was not even busy

Terrible management that shows itself everytime we come here. Bunch of unprofessional children that give you the least amount of customer service possible. When did it become okay to not greet guests or interact with them? All we ever get here is a "yep pull around" never get told how much it is, never get greeted or thanked or even asked if there is anything we need. But half these kids in the back playing around and the other half looks so out of it they can barely function. Another disappointing place. My teenage daughter actually had an interview and after waiting nearly an hour and no one even acknowledging her after she introduced herself and why she was there, she got up and left. Place was dead an no one was in line. Her first interview and she didn't even get to have it. I'm thankful because she would have hated working with this many idiots. Luckily she went to Chick fil a which graciously hired her on the spot and gave her a positive environment to learn in.

They just refuse to work properly, are they working for free? Very bad attitude, entitled employees, owners needs to reevaluate their staff. Bad experience. Manager needs to manage!!! no personality to be a “leader” and lead his team… no coming back ever!!!

ATTENTION WENDY'S CORPORATE!!!!DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION!!! LOOK HOW MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! I just went here for dinner tonight, or at least tried to. I could hear the woman working the drive thru being rude and short with the people in front of me, who only wanted a 6 piece, but that seemed very inconvenient for Wendy's for whatever reason. Next came my order. I'm greeted with rudeness right away, mind you theres like 5 cars in line, thats all. Not exactly busy. I asked for a #10. The woman immediately snaps back "sauce and drink!". Sauce? What sauce? Not sure whys shes asking me that, so I asked "what sauce?". She then talks to me like I'm stupid, slowing her tone so my feeble brain can understand her. "DO YOU WANT SPICY OR ORIGINAL?!" To which I replied, "You know what? NEVERMIND." Then, I left and went to MCDONALD'S right down the street, where their service was excellent, even though they had waaaay more people in line. This was approximately 7:40pm on Saturday, February 10th. I wont be back until this person isnt there, and I'm a local.
