The customer service is terrible, they treat their clients very badly. I was here on October 28 between 3 and 5 in the afternoon. A white-skinned lady, I think, is Puerto Rican or Puerto Rican, and she is very angry and arrogant towards me, just because I asked that the price of a coupon for Wendy's books be respected and at no time did I behave rudely or arrogantly so that they would also behave like that with me, a man from Morena, I think his name is Manuel, he behaved very rudely and very badly. Just like the lady, the two of them behaved very rudely. I can understand that they have a lot of work, but that's no reason to behave so rudely, especially because I'm using a coupon that lacks ethics and professionalism, they really gave me a really bad time. terrible service

I ordered a mobile order for drive thru pick up. I pulled up to the drive thru and Colleen didn't greet me or anything and just said order when you are ready. The entire interaction she was very rude and short. They were not busy at all as there was only one other car in front of me in the drive thru. They didn't have the frosty cold brew I ordered and she just quickly told me to pick something else. It's 10 AM and the last thing I expected was a rude encounter when I was just trying to pick up breakfast.

The girl that works the 3rd shift is rude. Made me wait 30 minutes and when I asked wheres my food it looks like she forgot. Don't order from this place. The one on avalon park is 10 times better

This Wendys the service is good. I went for the Krappy meal deal nothing to go back for just a good hamberger the frosty only had a vanilla taste although you could see mango sauce at the bottom the flavor is not there. Tried once not to be ordered again.

My husband picked up our mobile order and they gave him two drinks that were only carbonated water. He didn't know any better but the team worker who made it sure should have. Then there's no store number on the mobile receipt so no way to enter a complaint in the app. And then my fries were cold and soggy. Was so badly to have a Wendy's right by our home but this is the 3rd attempt and I doubt we'll be back.

I had an interview scheduled, to which I walked an hour from my house to in the hot sun. They said they were busy, and offered me a meal to which I refused even though I hadn't eaten yet, walked back an hour. Put significant time and effort into preparing for my interview and picking out proper clothing. Went back to the date they said they would reschedule it, walking an hour to and back in the hot sun again then was told to give them my contact information to which I did, they said they would call me back and I never got a call back so I called them only for them to say they weren't hiring. Communication and respects for applicants' time and effort seemed lacking. Good food and restaurant maintenance in my experience.

Normally I'm not a big Wendy's fan, but lately, the food just hits different and it's been my to go to place versus the other chains. The chicken sandwich be on point with the fries 😋. I could eat it everyday.
