Food was good after I EVENTUALLY got it. Went in for dinner one day and got rudely denied my order multiple times by the manager Jaime, who had a big ole hickey on her neck…(real professional). She then had the nerve to tell me “it wasn’t showing up on her end.” a few times even after I showed her my mobile order confirmation on my phone.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at your store 2201 E Colonial Dr. 32803. Time 7:51 pm Host: Erica. When I tried to place my order, I did not understand that I should wait, and instead of politely explaining it to me, this staff member started yelling at me, asking me why I was speaking when she had already been told they were not ready.

Her attitude was so rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I felt humiliated and disrespected for something that could have been handled with simple courtesy. No customer should be treated this way. What made this experience even worse was that as I moved to the second window she loudly emphasized that I should "understand the language better." This was not only again rude but very discriminatory. I felt humiliated, disrespected, and treated unfairly simply because of the way I spoke. I intended to leave but she kept my card so I was forced to continue listening to yelling. I told her that we all have a bad day sometimes but the people around us are not to blame. And it was like starting a fire.

Among so many options in Orlando, I chose to go to this store and it was the worst choice. No customer should be treated this way. This experience was extremely disturbing. I know that this is just another comment and nothing will happen.

Worst Wendys in the downtown area. Food quality is bad. The workers there make you feel like your walking into a drug store. Everyones High as a kite. My baconator tasted like my grandmas sweaty neck. My fried tasted like 3 day old breastmilk. Will not come back unless it gets better. Surprised after all these reviews the same workers work here and the environment is the same

To be honest, I've never had a complaint about the service here. My daughter and I have visited this location at least once a week for the past 4/5 months. Someone always greeted us, and we never had to use the kiosk. Now, the food would be hit and miss from cold old fries to cheese not being melted on our burgers. It has been clean or being cleaned during our visit but there have been times homeless have been just sitting inside. Last week, I had to try to explain to my daughter why a suv in the parking lot was rocking at 4 in the afternoon 😅

I went to pick up an order today, January 23, at 11 p.m. and the people who work the night shift are too rude, especially the lady who serves at the window, they almost hit you for asking something. Terrible Customer

My grandma and I stopped at this location on 10/31. She had never had a frosty before and we needed to change that. The employee working, Tyrell, was amazing! He was SO nice! And she loved her frosty, lol!!

Today my wife passed by tired hungry. In the drive thru my wife asked for a wrap with a strawberry lemonade and asked her meat be done fresh she didn't want preheated meat. When at the window the AfeoAmerican at the drive thru in an attitude tell me she didn't have to repeat it 3 times, But at no time did she even acknowledge or repeated back the order. When she is given her food she leave and notice that the lemonade was completely watered down and a hint flavor of lemonade and my wrap instead of satisfying my hunger and made her even more sick. TO BE HONEST I FEEL THEY SABOTAGED MY FOOD AND GAVE ME BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I WILL REPORT THIS AS FAR AS I CAN BUT THIS WENDY NEED RESTRUCTURING AND RE-TRAINING IN CUSTOMER AND FOOD QUALITY SERVICE.

Terrible service. Rude. The lady at the first drive thru was rude and not helpful - at all.
I placed my order and came to the first window to pay. Showed her the numbers on my app. She said they can't enter the numbers- it has to be a scan code. I explained that I've used numbers before at this location and it hasn't been a problem. She said "not here we don't do that." She pursed her lips and just stood there.
I asked if she was a manager and she said no. And just stood there. After about 10 or 15 seconds I asked if she would get one.

Someone came over and showed her how to do the numbers on the register. They took my code and it was done. She looked at me and said "you're good."
I get to the second window to get my order. One of the small frosties I ordered was dropping down the side.
I started handing it back into her and said it was dripping. She didn't take it back in to wipe it off - instead she shoved the bag out of the window and said "there's napkins in the bag."
Zero customer service and terrible and rude behavior. I will never go back to that location.
Also get home to find out he order was not correct. And they served these fries. Gross
