I just ordered 3 chicken tenders and only two of them were edible! Very disappointing pointing, especially since each tender was almost $2. This is unacceptable.

I waited twenty, TWENTY minutes for a double stack biggie bag, to still be told it wasn’t ready, if I could pull forward. I was running late for work, so I couldn’t wait any more, and I made the mistake of paying cash, so they didn’t give me even a receipt, or I don’t even have a CC confirmation that I can dispute or mention to a manager. Infuriated beyond words, because it’s honestly the worst and slowest customer service I’ve ever seen. There were literally at least four people working at the store. I live four blocks away, and unfortunately I will be never coming back again. Infuriated!

Ordered two meals, drove home to discovered I only received one meal. Called to ask for a refund and the response was a short I had to drive back for them to do anything. Not the first bad experience I’ve had at this store; just frustrating enough to leave a comment.

Went to Wendy's at 9:50. Their inside closes at 10. Tried to open door to go inside building and it was locked (they closed early). Went to drive through window to find out why inside was closed early and rude customer service rep acted like i was in the wrong for asking. Stay away, not worth it.

Edit: im reading the other reviews that have been made about this location. Srsly, sad stuff. Management, are you reading the reviews and taking any steps to improve?

This is honestly one of the weirdest and most poorly run Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come here, they ask me almost immediately to pull around and get out of the drive-thru line, clearly just to improve their drive-thru times. That is not how this place should be run. If it’s taking longer to make the food, then let the time reflect that instead of trying to game the system. It feels like they care more about the numbers on a screen than the actual customer experience. If anyone from corporate ever reads this, do not trust their drive-thru times. Watch the cameras and you will see how often they are telling people to pull around.

The people always seem like they're in a rush even though the parking lot is empty and no one is in the drive-thru. Only to immediately get on their phones after they've handed you your food. I thought it was a one off situation but after my third try it's definitely not. The order is always wrong even though it's a number 6. Not a chicken sandwich with pickles, or a plain chicken sandwich, or a burger with no cheese. I know working in fast food is stressful but making repeat mistakes all day every day (based on other reviews) only makes your job more stressful. I get better service and food at the OBT location.
