Fries and drink were fine burger was raw in middle juice pink in airport so really couldn't go back to complain

Memonne did our order (for my brother and i), first thing when i get up there i asked “do you guys have any spicy nuggets?” (i’m from CA and they have those there) she stood there leaned on the kiosk/register, looking out somewhere in the distance and said “no”.. my dad said they only have a 10 piece nugget when i was just gonna get a 4 piece, so i asked “is it only a 10 pc you have??” she was still in the same position, not looking at me and just nodded her head. i told her i wanted buffalo sauce and she didn’t even tell me they don’t have that and just put BBQ sauce instead. i told her i didn’t wanted bbq and to add creamy ranch instead. she didn’t say anything. and once i got my food there was no sauce at all. one of the nice guys gave me a couple tho. nuggets were good, fries were really .. boring. and my brothers burger he got, said it was the worst he’s ever had. overall it’s okay but Memonne really needs to put a smile on that face.

Not sure why an auto $6.38 Gratuity was added to my check. I have attempted to call multiple times to discuss with no success. I did not authorize this Tip amount.

Do a line, order, someone yells a number. You pick up the food walk to another counter and pick your condiments and napkins. Why are you asking me for a tip? For the none smiling face that took the order or the aggressive lady yelling numbers? Captive audience is the only reason someone would go through that. The airport trap!

have come to this Wendy’s man times in the past and was never impressed, today was different. Cashier (tall+glasses) was awesome, knew what was on everything and double checked to make sure it was what we wanted , had a smile on his face and was very happy to be helping us. We received out food very quickly from a very friendly man with black curly hair and black shirt. 5/5, food was grest
