Cashier not friendly and borderline rude. I'm sorry that you need to work in a job that you don't like. Chili was hot and tasty but you forget my sour cream which I asked for twice. Told me it was in the bag - but of course it wasn't. Long lines, long wait after ordering, and jacked-up prices. I understand that you are in an airport and can get away with it all.

The black young female taking orders was on her phone even while assisting us. She disregarded me telling her not to add mustard while texting on her personal phone and made us wait until she finished texting so we could pay. The whole ordeal lasted about five minutes and they had a whole line. Management needs to supervise. This place is too busy for this nonsense.

Something quick for my early morning flight but the service wasn't pleasant. I over heard a teen telling her mom she was too scared to ask the ladies for anything because they were mean. The workers have an attitude and then while paying it asks if you want to leave a tip. I was here for breakfast and was given regular fries instead of the wedges (guessing they were out because no one around me had them), our breakfast sandwiches did not come with the cheese sauce. The food tasted fine but go elsewhere if you can.

I usually really like wendy's, but the service here was the worst i've ever seen, by far. "NEXT", followed by "what do you want"? Very trashy and unfriendly . I payed 13 dollars for a sandwich which seemed incorrect, but when i looked at my receipt it didn't show anything , just the price. They forgot my drink; and the sandwich i for was smaller than my palm, (young female) . It was really disappointing. If your headed to or from Orlando airport i recommend just going to a decent establishment like ruby Tuesdays or chick-fil-a , wouldn't cost much more.

Got served by Natacha she was extremely rude I asked for a meal and was trying to ask for the combo with the cookie and she kept speaking over me saying the drink repeatedly while rolling up her eyes she then continued to show an aggressive attitude when I was ordering kids meals by huffing and turning her head left and right while rolling her eyes, apparently they don’t do kids cheese burger meals also. When I received my order I didn’t have a cookie, she then said you’ve to ask for it, if she had have let me speak and listened I would have the right order. Ps I just walked away with the wrong order.
