They start lunch at 11 am, if u come at 10:30 like they said they start serving lunch u will literally wait the 30 minutes, what a joke of a place

Nice Wendy’s. The order was AI. It was easy to use update my order and very seemless process. The cashier was nice and pleasant young lady. The burger and fries and the lemonade and the Cinnabons all were delicious. I love Wendy’s.

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but yesterday I received such poor customer service that I feel the need to share my experience.

First, they didn’t know how to process two separate orders, which took over 10 minutes. It seemed like the person helping me didn’t understand what they were doing at all.

Then, they gave me the wrong order. I told the cashier that it was incorrect because I was missing chili cheese fries. Without checking, she insisted that I hadn’t ordered them and told me I was wrong. I asked her multiple times to verify, and she kept saying “no” — more than five times — basically calling me a liar.

I asked for my receipt, and she wouldn’t give it to me until she finally realized I was right. Even then, she didn’t offer any kind of apology.

To make things worse, she closed the window on me rudely. When I came back, she asked me in a harsh tone, “What are you missing?” I told her it was the drinks.

Overall, it was a terrible experience — and all of this happened with a manager present, who heard everything and did nothing to help.

I wanted to grab something to eat at midnight, but dine in was closed and the drive-thru had two cars with like a 25-minute wait, lol. So thanks, Wendy’s, for accidentally saving my health for once in the past five years. I almost ate your crap again, lol.

This is a bad wendy’s. Walked in and there 4 employees chatting and wondering around nobody ask me nothing. A guy with a different color shirt walk up at the end of the counter and asked. Can I help you with something. I said yes. I need to place an order.

On Wednesday, June 4th at 12 a.m., I went through the drive-thru and was treated with pure disrespect by an employee who identified himself as David (short Hispanic male). His attitude was nasty, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. As someone who works with the public myself, I know what basic courtesy looks like—this wasn’t even close.

When I called the store afterward to report the incident, the person who answered the phone didn’t even say, “Thank you for calling Wendy’s.” Just a lazy, unprofessional “hello,” like I had dialed someone’s personal cellphone.

But the most outrageous part? David somehow got my number and proceeded to call me multiple times after the incident. Let that sink in. An employee from Wendy’s thought it was okay to harass a customer after midnight by repeatedly calling their phone. That’s crossing the line from bad customer service into creepy and possibly illegal territory.

This is beyond “needs improvement”—this location needs a full investigation and a total reset. If this is the kind of person they’re keeping on staff, what does that say about the rest of the operation?

Wendy’s: fix this before it becomes a bigger problem.

I don’t ever leave comments but this is a must As the window opened me and my friend were doing separate orders which we had explain at the window either one of us knows how to work the app which is what we’re trying to do and the women at the window was rushing us as well was cold and dismissive towards us it as well as consistently rude and unwelcoming. after all that we just ignored it and was when she asked if I want it separate or a combo I simply said a combo and she stops looks at me and says who are catching a attitude with me I said sorry? Bc I was just answering the question and my friend looked at each other and said why did she say it like that ? And I proceeded to say I was giving a attitude was I bc I’m genuinely a very nice person point is this is the first fast food to make me feel like this and it’s sad because I used to work in fast food never once did I do this .hopefully they fix this !

Today I had an opportunity to witness a very unprofessional young lady .. , we were just trying to figure out how to use the app due to the fact it wasn’t working and the associate “ Lucy “ was very rude and disrespectful, she then stated “ why you giving me attitude “ when we literally just made a response.. “ Lucy “ was not only rushing us but gave us attitude and made our experience worse from the moment we drove up to the window, very unpleasant, very rude & very disrespectful .. super disappointed in the service we got .. oh and we spoke to the manger at the time afterwards “ Maria “ she was no help either all she said and I quote was “ ok anything else “ I don’t think that is any way to treat your valued customers ..

AI ordering. It can't get your order right. They gave me a burger with only ketchup, mustard, and cheese.... no actual burger on the bun.... who sells a burger with no burger? I ordered a biggie bag and basically paid $7 for 4 chicken nuggets.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. As I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted with “How can I help you?” I responded cheerfully with “Happy eater” and placed my order. When I got to the window, the same young man who took my order was there to take my payment and hand me my food. He didn’t make any eye contact, didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word — just stretched his arm out the window with my food, took my card, gave it back, and walked away. The window was shut in my face with no thank you, no receipt, no acknowledgment at all.

As the window opened again, I simply said, “Jesus loves you,” and was told to proceed. It was a cold and dismissive interaction. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed how poor the customer service is at this location. Staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming. Something needs to change — treating customers like they’re a burden is not acceptable.
