Don’t ever order for pick up. I placed a pick up order for 6:45 they charged me but no order and they refuse to give my husband a refund when they said they didn’t have the order. Don’t ever go there.

While staying overnight at the Hospital nearby I called at a later hour looking for a specific toy for my Son who has been collecting their recent line… and the Night Manager and Staff were nice enough to look for it, find it, and put it aside until I was able to come through drive thru order and now I will have one happy kid in the morning! Thank you so much Wendy’s Staff! You guys are the BEST! ❤️

Don't place orders using Wendys app for delivery. No way to complain when is not delivered or wrong items sent. I called and they hang up the call 3 times. Manager says doesn't speak English and can't help. If you want your money needs to contact Corporate.
Did not include my ketchup in my Uber Eats order. To me, getting the drink and the sauce right are the most important aspects of a fast food delivery order. And it's a sign of laziness when the sauces aren't included.

I usually only visit during my lunch breaks and I order my food ahead of time through the app, since I’ve had issues before when I order in person. After that, streamlined, smooth sailing. My food is always ready on time, my fries are hot, and staff is so nice and attentive.

Worse Wendys by faaaaaaaar! everytime I come here they messed uo the order, if the computer doesn’t communicate with the employees inside then fix it! this is unbelievable, this is why Wendys as a fast food restaurant is probably the worse in quality and in every single way
