Unfortunately, this location just keeps giving incorrect food out. This has happened enough times that they sent us a $20 coupon as an apology. At this point, we ordered our food, paid an extra $5 to put extra bacon on the Baconators, and decided that would be our last Wendy’s order since they just screw it up all the time. When we got our food today, we saw all food accounted for. We didn’t realize that we were going to have to open each burger and flip through it later by layer just to find they pit the wrong stuff on.. the largest issue.. ZERO bacon.. on 3 sandwiches.. when we put DOUBLE on each. Plus we had to wait for 10 minutes off to the side while they made incorrect food. And to top it all off, they don’t have a working phone number. This place should just be bulldozed tbh.

I ordered some breakfast early in the morning my fries are cold I demanded they gave me more syrup they only gave me one. They didn't give me what I ask for. I feel disappointed I felt like I wasn't getting the customer service I deserve.my whole entire food was cold. If you want fresh and hot food I wouldn't recommend this place.

Just got breakfast at drive thru for the 1st time at this location. Young girl at the window very rude . Not my fault they have AI now taking orders and screws them up. I didn't need the attitude because the system screwed up. She could of just adjusted the order instead of accusing me that's what I ordered. If she hates the job then find something in a field that will suit her best. She rushed me off and blew me off . No manors have a nice day or anything. She needs a restraining class !

We looked at every table in the restaurant and couldn’t find one that was clean. I spoke to the manager on duty and she apologized and said give her two minutes. Nothing was done so we ate dinner in our car.

The food is disgusting. My stomach started to hurt immediately while eating the sausage burrito and wedges. The wedges were dip on the oil again after it had been sitting in the fry pan. Please avoid this Wendy's. I should have went to the one on East Colonial Drive like I always do their breakfast is the best fresh and cooked to order.
Dirty. Not customer service oriented. Trash cans overflowing.
