Wendy’s has lost me as a customer for good. I don’t want to order from some damn AI bot. I go in and there is 10 employees standing around doing nothing and tell me “they dint take orders” and send me over to a kiosk. I don’t work for Wendy’s and now I don’t spend my $$ there either.

The drive thru service is very fast and the workers up front are friendly. Jio is especially nice and deserves recognition. 👍

This is by far the worst Wendy's to have ever disgraced the world with its existence. I rarely eat fast food but this is close to my house for when I have a long day and I'm too tired to cook. I just purchased a classic chicken sandwich, a chilli, and a baked potato. Potato wasn't ready for 3 minutes so they said to park and they'd give it to me when it was ready. 15 minutes later I go inside because, surprise, no potato. Everyone looks confused at my request and the person who appears to be in charge says there aren't any and it will take 20 minutes, then runs to the back before I can ask for a refund. So I ask the other lady up front because I'm not waiting longer than its takes me to drive home and just microwave one myself. She looks confused, has no register key but eventually finds one and offers me cash when I paid with card. I request the refund on my card because thats how I paid, and I don't use cash for anything. The guy comes back up from the back and it takes another 5 minutes to get what I hope is a refund on my card with some random receipt, because I was never given a receipt for my original purchase in the drive thru. I just wasted a half hour over a $3 baked potato. Do better or close this travesty of a restaurant please.

In This Wendy's try the person for like they look like !! I'm a cancer patient! I'm in depression about it .I try to buy a chilli but all the personal ignore me!! And Mrs or Ms Shila do nothing!! I try to find the store manager!! I send her or him a message!! This happen today between 5:50 and 6:10 pm if the store manager not call me I up this situation! Not for me!! For all is!!

Stopped at this Wendy’s twice thought I’d give the Sephora looking employee the benefit of the doubt since maybe the other day she had a bad day…HORRIBLE maybe she should get a job where she’s actually happy soooo rude unacceptable and I can’t believe there’s multiple reviews about this person PLEAase do something the people of boggy creek are begging thank you!

Today Saturday October 11 at 5:30PM I purchased 2 Biggie Bags with barbecue sauce both how ever when I got to the window I ask the the drive truth for a Sweet and Sour she ask me for what ??? I said what you mean for what for my food, she said I know but you ask for Barbecue sauce on your order not sweet and sour. I said I know but can I please get a sweet and sour ????
She said with a nasty actitud, am give it to you this time but we are charging for the sauce now. I told her I was not aware but okay you can charge me 🫠
And once again she gave me an actitud. And said am gonna give it to you.
Another Lady gave me the bag, and they didn’t give me the extra sauce. I ask her again and she said I put them on the bag. I told her NO you only gave me 2 sauce one barbecue and one sweet and sour. But you didn’t give me the extra sauce 🙄 Guest what ????? They end up charging me $.53 for a sauce.

Which I understand if they are charging for extra sauce. BUT that’s not the way to take care of the costumers with a nasty as actitud.

Really BAD costume service.

Went through the drive through about 4/4:30 pm had the rudest and very disrespectful service by a young Hispanic Girl with allot of make up on. All I wanted was extra sauces she gave me attitude saying she already gave me one and that it will be extra that’s fine but I wanted extra I can pay 50 cents or $1 I also never got a receipt. You guys should train the staff better to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE or hire better people
