Today Saturday October 11 at 5:30PM I purchased 2 Biggie Bags with barbecue sauce both how ever when I got to the window I ask the the drive truth for a Sweet and Sour she ask me for what ??? I said what you mean for what for my food, she said I know but you ask for Barbecue sauce on your order not sweet and sour. I said I know but can I please get a sweet and sour ???? She said with a nasty actitud, am give it to you this time but we are charging for the sauce now. I told her I was not aware but okay you can charge me đ« And once again she gave me an actitud. And said am gonna give it to you. Another Lady gave me the bag, and they didnât give me the extra sauce. I ask her again and she said I put them on the bag. I told her NO you only gave me 2 sauce one barbecue and one sweet and sour. But you didnât give me the extra sauce đ Guest what ????? They end up charging me $.53 for a sauce.
Which I understand if they are charging for extra sauce. BUT thatâs not the way to take care of the costumers with a nasty as actitud.

Went through the drive through about 4/4:30 pm had the rudest and very disrespectful service by a young Hispanic Girl with allot of make up on. All I wanted was extra sauces she gave me attitude saying she already gave me one and that it will be extra thatâs fine but I wanted extra I can pay 50 cents or $1 I also never got a receipt. You guys should train the staff better to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE or hire better people

Extremely disappointed. I donât like talking through ai especially when there are workers inside. I was not confident ai heard my order correctly and when I got to the window I clarified to be certain and still my order is wrong. DONT GO HERE!

love this wendyâs , itâs right next to where i work and the food always comes out fast and they always put extra pickles on my burger when i ask for it which i am obsessed with ! staff is super super nice and friendly and i canât be happier to work next to a better wendyâs , nothing beats having a bad day and getting a good ol burger
