I am filing a complaint with Wendy's regarding my recent order. The fries were incomplete, and the soda was not only half-full but also unsealed. For health and safety reasons, I cannot consume a soda that arrived without its safety seal intact.

I when inside there was a problem you have to oder from a computer tablet and it didn't let me add to my order it kept telling me I making a new order, computer glitch.

I bought a $5 biggie meal and you're home with the ghost peppers. And several crackers and no, not getting nuggets are in my bag. I don't know what so you're doing there. But you got poor service in dunk professional employees!
Worst Wendys ever. They never fill up the fries, the food is never hot, they never give you all the sauces you ask for. Their either stingy or just plain lazy. The workers always have an attitude. They always mess up mobile orders. Horrible customer service, absolutely atrocious. This Wendy’s is absolutely deplorable and should be shut down permanently.

I see all the negative reviews, but we've been here on a couple different occasions, both inside & through the drive-thru, and have been happy with our experiences. Orders have been prompt & accurate, the inside was stocked & well-maintained, and the employees were attentive & professional. We even visited one time shortly before closing & there were no issues at all. The location is convenient to a frequent destination of ours, so we will continue to visit this location. If you've not been here, give this location a chance, they've never failed us.

This is a new location for me. It's near my work and first time there. I went during peak lunch time. Very well trained staff. You have a choice of drive thru, or go inside and place your order through the kiosk. My wait was about 20 minutes, but the staff was very friendly and on spot making deliveries to both window, mobile and take out. I consider this a well established locations. Staff did an amazing job and friendly for a stressful environment. ?
