I go to Wendy's all over the area and I've seen how they run because I'm also a manager myself but I've never come across such a rude staff at night time.. they treat certain customers good and others bad... One girl basically threw me my bag.. it's definitely a manager problem because the girl who is supposedly a manager in there looked higher than a kite... Wendy's definitely has to hire better staff who actually love dealing with customers.. this is by far the worst Wendy's I've been to in all of Orlando and that's adding Kissimmee as well...

Besides one lady (lead) I can tell the leadership team and staff has changed because the vibes there are NOT the same.. you can tell NO ONE wants to work there now and just seems so negative. (Miss the workers who use to always be there)

We just got into town and it was midnight, staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The food was fresh and hot. We all agreed one of the best Wendy's we have visited.

I live around the corner from this Wendy’s and this place is my saving grace for food when I get off work at 2:30am and nothing else is open besides this Wendy’s (and also the WaWa that’s across the street)! I always see the manager, Antonia, running the graveyard shift with her incredible team who do their best to make sure food comes out fresh and hot! I might have to wait a few minutes for my food, but I appreciate their hard work each night/early morning!

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. The spicy nuggets were cold, stale, and hard and something in the food made me sick. Do not go here unless you need a reason to take off from work.
The ai taking the order is dumb as hell. Have to repeat things over and over. Crashed halfway through my order. It has been over a year and is still having problems like this? And when the actual person came on after the ai crashed, the speaker was way too quiet to hear them.

Over 30 minutes for a burger, chicken sandwich, fries and nuggets is absurd. Was asked to pull forward over 15 minutes ago cuz they were waiting on the chicken sandwich. It doesnt take more than 3-5 minutes to cook a chicken sandwich in the fryer.
