It had been a long time since I felt great at a Wendy's, this one seems like another franchise, the decoration, the order and the cleanliness are perfect, the service is the best, very attentive, they served my order perfectly, which is not common at Wendy's, even the soda was delicious... I live in Kissimmee and I would travel every week just to eat at this Wendy's, I congratulate you.

The lids for biscuits and gravy are never closed and they do close tight. Three biscuits and gravy orders today and none of the lids were latched and they were biscuits, sausage slivers and watered down gravy. The worst.

I agree with every word the one star reviews say. That girl at the window the guy I think it is that cooks the food with an attitude talking shit about the customers I’m reporting him to corporate and her. Food is nasty and who knows how the food is handled. These two deserve less than one start.

They are always so slow in the drive-thru even with a mobile order. They also close their seating area earlier than advertised. Nothing wrong with the food, they just take the "fast" out of "fast food"
