As soon as we came in the manager said I will be with you in a moment, i said ok thank you.We tried to do the self order and it wouldn't let us alter our meals because i didn't want no ketchup on my burger so we had to go to the register.I then told the manager what was going on, she asked me how was I paying and I said cash.She then said well I don't have a cash drawer ready, I then said so you are not accepting cash ? She then said yes I can do it at the drive thru registrar, because she looked as if I disturbing her.Ok so long story short, she took care of us and I told her no ketchup and BANG there was ketchup! so I returned it to her and she said o dam you did say that !but ! she did apologized and corrected it.The tables where dirty and the fountain drink stations was a mess.I give credit where credit is do !Thanks for the experience but it's going to be a while before I go back there.

It seems no one at this Wendy’s speaks English. The person at the window had to go and find someone to speak English so they could take my order. An order by the way that they end up getting wrong, even though I repeated it multiple times to them. The entire experience was horrible. Everyone acted like they would rather do something else than their job.

This review will start out bad but it's going to end very well ?Last week I tried the Wendy's mobile app for the first time and let me tell you something it's the most complicated mobile app of any fast food restaurant out there.. I tried to place a to-go order to be picked up at the drive-thru at the Wendy's on Major Boulevard and it was a complete Fiasco.. and when I went in the manager was not helpful and could not straighten out the situation I was so irritated I promised myself I wouldn't go back to Wendy's..But I am weak! LOL.. so today I attempted to use the app again this time it worked.. it charged my card.. and told me that the pickup location was right near me, at the Wendy's at The Mall at Millenia..I pulled up to the drive-thru they had no record of my meal.. naturally right?! LOL she told me that sometimes the orders don't register immediately and if I wanted to I could come in.. it is an inconvenience but I did.. I'm so glad that I did.. this time the manager came over and I was all prepared to give him "what for?!"You know what happened instead.. the same thing that should happen at every fast food restaurant.. he listened to me, verify the charges on my card.. and said no problem I'll take care of everything for you right now what do you want he got it for me and then even gave me a complementary beverage because you felt bad.. that's customer service.. that will make me come back to that store specifically.. I'm in the area all the time and because that manager was that nice they just got me back it's a customer when I potentially could have been lost..I wish I had gotten his name because he impressed me so thoroughly that I wanted to make sure that I came home immediately to write a Google review.. but he did tell me he is from Morocco!Wendy's if you're reading this Google review right now just know that that manager.. needs a raise, should be recognized, ancient trade all your managers to come through the doors!!Great job Morocco Man!!! That whole situation could have gone all kinds of bad sideways but instead you saved the day ? thank you again I'll be back!

Tried ordering through the drive at 11:50 on a Friday night and was turned away because they were only doing Doordash and Uber after sitting behind someone for 15 minutes. As a late night option that just doesn't seem right.

Got my order wrong 3 times and had an attitude about it as if it was my fault. Inside was closed for breakfast but the doors were unlocked and they were very rude to customers. Didn’t even apologize for the constant incorrect order.

I went and ordered on my app. I went to the drive through to pick up my food it took a while for them to give me my food. Then in the drive through window I see a gentleman his pants are hanging off his butt you can see his underwear and then he had a Snoop Dogg shirt on. I don't think that's Wendy's protocol. My order was wrong I don't have the time to go back and have it corrected this is not the first time that my order is wrong.

Dietary restrictions: For religious reasons, I eat no pork or pork products. I ordered a plain single hamburger, got home and it had so much bacon on it. It took a good 10 minutes to get it all picked off.
