This location is always out of items. Either the budget is really low and they can not order stuff or the managers not doing their job currently. I use to be a manager for many restaurants so I know how to run a business. Went for ice coffee this morning and o, we don’t have any ice coffee. I pretty sure it was the manager, but we can’t control what’s doesn’t come on the truck. It’s sounds like to me they’re lazy and didn't make any. Who’s ever the district manager do better and be better. This location is place in a busy area and is losing money because of lazy ppl.

I went to this location to grab something quick to eat. I am on dietary restrictions currently. I ordered a large fry with NO SALT! I was told, politely to wait for the fresh fries. Shortly after I left I started to eat my fries and noticed they were salted. I appreciated the friendly service and will try this location in the future, BUT make it absolutely clear that I would like NO SALT fires. If you are reading this I hope you have a nice day.

This Wendy's has the freshest food I've ever had at any Wendy's location. The customer service here was fantastic, and I absolutely enjoyed my experience. 11/10 love this location!

Responding to the big sign outside promoting the $1 Frosty, I went inside and was told the machine isn't working. That's right: it's visible from the front counter and it was completely empty. Given that corporate is touting how superior Wendy's is to the Golden Arches — even to the point of decorating a van as Frosty Fixit and sending it through some McD parking lots, it's inexcusable for the Frosty machine to be deliberately kept idle so as to avoid selling any at $1.

Worst Wendy's ever. The manager stands at the front watching you stand there waiting for service and does not help you, often have to remind the employees of the item that was NOT put in the bag, you can watch multiple employees standing around on their phones while you are waiting to be helped and the manager yells at you if you say anything about it, oh, and the air conditioning is obviously set at like 80 degrees and all the employees don't speak English but some kind of Haitian French language. Worst manager of all time.!

I never go out with my food as it is... ask what sauce you want, so as not to add it, they never have barbecue, and if they don't have something available, they add whatever they want, and it's never what I like.

I tell you what, I keep going back and forth on who's got the best fast food burger, Wendy's or Burger King. But today this Wendy's takes the trophy! When they're on, they're ON! Everything that was supposed be hot was hot and everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. Today I got the Dave's double and disappointed I was NOT! Even the service was on point! If I could give 6 stars I would! ? ? ? ? ? ?
