I'm a 60 year old woman and I stopped by this Wendy's w my husband for lunch and to use the rest room. The line was kind of long, maybe 5 people ahead of us, so I asked the female front casier worker if I could please have code to restroom? She rudely said not unless you order food. I said my husband's right there in line to order lunch, can I please have restroom code? She again rudely said NOT TILL HES ORDERED! I could not believe it! Then it seemed she was purposely being slow and didn't even take my husband's order when it was our turn bc she was slow mo putting together drive through orders! They had several workers, not short staffed at all and when she finally took his order, I asked can I please get the bathroom code, we're traveling and I really need to use the rest room, to which she rudely replied and said HOLD ON, I HAVE TO TAKE YOU BACK THERE! REALLY??? My husband & I were so upset bc l have bladder issues and really needed to use the bathroom and it literally hurts to hold it too long! It's called Interstitial Cystitis! I even have a card that says please allow this person to use rest room asap due to IC. She wouldn't even come to the counter to look at it! We will never ever go here again! Idk why she couldn't have told me from the get the code bc my husband was in line. She's a very skinny African American woman and corporate should teach her all about customer service!!

This location is always out of items. Either the budget is really low and they can not order stuff or the managers not doing their job currently. I use to be a manager for many restaurants so I know how to run a business. Went for ice coffee this morning and o, we don’t have any ice coffee. I pretty sure it was the manager, but we can’t control what’s doesn’t come on the truck. It’s sounds like to me they’re lazy and didn't make any. Who’s ever the district manager do better and be better. This location is place in a busy area and is losing money because of lazy ppl.

I went to this location to grab something quick to eat. I am on dietary restrictions currently. I ordered a large fry with NO SALT! I was told, politely to wait for the fresh fries. Shortly after I left I started to eat my fries and noticed they were salted. I appreciated the friendly service and will try this location in the future, BUT make it absolutely clear that I would like NO SALT fires. If you are reading this I hope you have a nice day.

Two people were laughing on the drive through mic and sounded high or drunk. They could not have a cohesive conversation and were making inappropriate comments and putting things that did not make sense on the order screen (like putting bbq sauce 20 times in a row). Both the driver in front of me and myself drove off when we realized what was happening. Unreal experience, will never go back, and hopefully someone not high was making the food!
