I ordered thru drive thru with the GM Bianca at the window taking my order, they pull my car up to wait for my food, after 10min of waiting and seeing other cars getting their food I go inside to see what’s taking so long to get my food. When I speak with the employees at the register all of them are just wandering around and I ask for my order, upon checking the GM Bianca starts the blame game pointing fingers at her employees saying you gave out the wrong order and blaming everyone instead of leading her staff. There was so much disorder no one knew what happened or how to correct the situation so I asked for my money back and that took another 10min to do the Shift lead also wandering around, I am not going to visit this Wendy’s again and I will make sure to inform anyone that asks not to go to this location, all employees including the GM Bianca need to be retrained on customer service and how to lead a shift that includes employees.

I saw bodily fluids all over the bathroom floor (not blood) and when I ordered my food it took over 30 minutes and the store was empty like how can you call it fastfood and take that long it would have been faster at a sit-down restaurant on top of the rude employees being mad disrespectful

It’s sad to see right before I write my review someone less then 30min ago had the same experience I had. Don’t waste your time or money this place trashy and so are the people working If I could put zero stars I most def would’ve Shut this place down!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!This store first of all is extremely dirty okay cool. Then when my finance goes up to order as soon as he gets one order out they’re asking “okay are you done” and rushing him with our order…there were no other cars in line why are you rushing us to complete our order?Then he goes to the window to get our food and we were missing chili that we ordered and paid for on the receipt and they tell him he never ordered it! I would see why they think that because they were too busy rushing us with our order they couldn’t hear our complete order. We ask for no tomatoes or lettuce on one of our orders and we received it with everything on it, no problem we can take it off but that’s not how we asked for it. So okay we offer to pay for the chili there at the window cause we really wanted it, then some rude lady comes up scratching her head with a a disgusting attitude and says “we dont take no orders at the window”. So he goes around to order again they give him attitude AGAIN AND GIVE US COLD CHILI we were at this location 04/09/2024 in lunch hours and both employees were extremely rude . This location is so unprofessional, I get it it’s fast food and I shouldn’t t have high expectations but the experience was horrible! I never write reviews on fast food places because I don’t care enough to but our experience here was so distasteful! And I no longer had an appetite after all that. Please y'all need a brand new staff and management.

10 minutes waiting in front of the register all employees looking at me but no one want to take my order and one person come from the back after. 10 minutes just to tell me order needs to be online only , what the heck is that mean??? But they are taking orders thru the servi car 10 minutes waiting for nothing, all employee making jokes all over the place and 2 other guys looks very confused or high i dont know but this is my last time visiting this store

This location is ludicrous. They only take one order at a time and then make you pull up to an area where you’re facing incoming traffic or blocking the drive-through lane. must be some attempt at pretending they’re serving the food faster than they really are.

Worst Wendy's around. Ordered through the app for drive-thru but they don't acknowledge that option and make you go inside and wait while everyone else gets their orders done and you're still waiting because they actually forget they made you go around to get yours.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. We dined in and all the crew was serving was the drive through. The restaurant was out of Coke and several other flavors of drink. I will not return to this location. It was poorly ran, although it had a full staff. The ketchup dispenser in the lobby was also empty. This place needs a manager that cares about the customers and not just being friends and laughing and playing with the crew
