Honestly I don’t even know where to begin with this order. The fries are old/ cold and disgusting. The order wasn’t taken correctly. Paid for things and didn’t even get them. The sugar cookie is disgusting and hard, seriously breaks into crumbs the moment I took the smallest bite Should have gone to the McDonald’s across the street. Save the hassle pay less and have fresh food. Such a disappointment. The worst part is that we are regularrrrrs here.
Yes we brought it up to the managers attention. He guaranteed that it would be fresh and it WASNT! That’s what made this whole experience even worse…

I walked into get something to eat after work. I walked to up the counter and the employee SCREAMED in my face at the top of his lungs “HOW CAN I Help YOU!!!” I literally walked out. I went to window to tell a manager named Ian how unacceptable that was to have that type of person working there. Disgusted on so many levels just trying to get my food. Sad

If you’re not taking orders because of a staff shortage, turn off the lights and lock the doors so folks don’t pull off to order. Thanks McDonald’s for being open and serving.
Update, 20250805 - I mostly go to the McCoy Road location now but was in the area so tried this one again. Although my bacon, ranch chicken was freshly prepared, I was disappointed with it. Not enough ranch, I’m not sure, but it wasn’t what I am used to. Fries were also a letdown as they were a bit limp. The place was also on the dirty side. No clean booths in an empty restaurant and the crew chattering behind the counter. It’s time to remodel the restrooms. Next time I’m driving the distance to McCoy.

They have good food and friendly people working who mostly seem to be helpful for the most part but they are human like everyone else. The restaurant and its facilities are very clean. If they get your order wrong for one reason or another they swiftly move to get it corrected while making you wait as short as of a time as possible. I have been coming to this Wendy’s location for over 30 years now and they, for as long as I can remember have alway sought to put their costumers in almost every case, first above just about anything. I went to eat there a couple days ago and I will definitely be going back again probably sometime before the end of next week.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. My order was taken with a smile, prepared quickly, and delivered just right. You can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s not often you get fast food with this level of attention and courtesy. Big shoutout to the team—I’ll definitely be back!
