Called in to get help from an issue I had at another location manager told me that he can’t help me or answer my question because he just goes to work to make sure the place doesn’t burn down! As a manager that is a very red flag for an employee or management to say

Our burgers were fine other than being drowned in ketchup. The drink dispenser exploded on my son, dying his hand and brand new t-shirt Orange. When I went to tell the lady at the counter, she completely ignored me!! Three different times!! I just ended up walking away and let it Go. If you are incapable of dealing with complaints like this, you should not be working the front counter. I was just letting her know that her soda was out. My son got the same treatment when he asked for ketchup packets because they were out of them at the condiment counter. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Terrible service you tell yourself that you can return the items if they don't work and it's fake the guy called Alex is a scammer don't buy from this autozone store it's a thousand times better
Manager spoke to me in Spanish which wasn't worst than her bad customer service skills. She was rude and just in a rush to get me out the way when I was the only car in the drive thru. If you hate your job get a new one.

I went to this Wendy’s hoffner and Conway today 11/6 around 8:00pm. I was planning to eat with my kids inside when I went to open the door it was locked. They have closed the lobby super early. We went to the drive thru to make sure and the gentleman stated they had to close. We left and will not be coming back. You get paid to work

To the drive-thru with my sister and the manager didn't speak very well English it wasn't the problem really I can understand that she didn't bear the Language but speak Spanish as well not a big deal. Truly my issue began because I asked for her name due to the fact that she had no name tag on (mind you she's supposed to be the manager on shift) & she simply acted like she couldn't hear me so I said to give me the supervisor's number and a business card at that point she wouldn't give it to me because she says that they don't have any of that stuff absolutely absurd (who does she think she's fooling) so I took a picture of her at this point she got and enraged and she felt the need to hold hostage the meal that I have proof of payment for on my card (she not too smart) which mind you belong to my four year old who is hungry and crying in the backseat because I am arguing with this lady for information that I should have access to) this place is an outrage management is out of control she needs to be ceased and desist. I give her as a manager of zero and I don't know why she's even working the window if she can't deal with customer service.

This manager literally had no name tag refused to give me her name refuse to give me a receipt refused to give me a business card refuse to then not provide me with a meal that I've already paid for I have proof on my card I've called corporate I called rgms and I will be speaking to the managers again she's a nuisance

Waited in line for way too long considering there were only 2 cars ahead. Got to the order intercom and was told to "wait one minute". Waited for 2 minutes after which I started to say hello over and over to no response. Left without being able to order. Went to McDonald's and ordered within a minute. This is not the first time I've had issues with this Wendy's being so slow when they are seemingly not busy. It took less time to drive to McDonald's, order, and get my food than it took to be ignored at Wendy's.

Excellent service, delicious food and well-matched prices, it is not expensive and it is very tasty. Very gentle and friendly treatment in the salon.
