I stopped here yesterday for lunch and walked into a chaotic scence. A customer was being loud, rude and somewhat threatening to the manager. I waited a moment for her complaints to be acknowledged and after she was given proper information to contact upper management, she continued to provoke the manager yelling things at her. The manager did an excellent job to stay calm and continue making sandwiches. I have been in her shoes and I would have simply asked the lady to order...

Ordered a breakfast burrito. They skimped out on the cheese sauce and bacon...and I was the only one in line and had to wait...it was still cold. Disappointed but I don't go to this location very often. Otherwise it's fine.
