Watch out your bank account, I was double charged and unfortunately this is not the first time, the manager gave me a phone number to get my money back that doesn’t exist, I did my own research and now I need to wait 5 to 7 days from Wendy’s for the follow up.

Do NOT come here I promise u it’s not fun i got some food and than I asked for sause and only gave me one I asked for one more and he stamped his feet what kind of respect this this ? Placed an order at 11am. Was told that chili wasn't ready. Come back at 1pm. Still waiting for taco salad 1:38pm. Had to wait a long period. Over an 1/2 hour to be acknowledged. Up front person needs more training on customer service. If someone had to wait on me. I wouldn't have been a job. Shame on Wendy's for not training properly. Will not ever come to this Wendy's again based on service. Manager finally wrote. My bill off. She was trained properly on customer service.

Just ordered on my lunch break asked for fresh food left and it wasn't fresh couldn't go back because like I stated on lunch break but I still have the food and will be returning it when I get off

I drove all the way across town to come to this location because I thought it would be nice & clean but I was absolutely wrong . Their drink station is DISGUSTING. Baby ants crawling all over the Coca Cola machine screen. Would not recommend this location. Also they refry food after you ask them for fresh food that you’ve paid for with your hard earned money. Ridiculous.
