Wetzel's Pretzels

Update: I have emailed the company a couple of times and they haven’t been able to locate my transaction but they’re still looking into it. We’ll see if they’re able to find it and refund my card.

I bought 2 lemonades and they told me it was $16 and some change. Looked at my bank acct and was charged $35. So not sure if they gave themselves a nice tip or what. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone to try to fix it.

After tapping with apple pay, I saw the server surreptitiously press the highest tip button.

Kiosk at west side disney springs. I have gone many times before but today the girl working first said they did not have, then I repeated what I wanted the cheesy dog bites and she said would be 10 minutes. I said ok and she took the payment. I waited approximately 6min by the pickup and saw other parties getting refunds. I inquired of the bites and she said she hadn't put in yet and would be 10 minutes. I promptly stated to forget it and give refund. She definitely isn't a good fit for this as I have ate there numerous times with no issues. She actually was rude. Place today absolutely loosing buisness.

Feels pricey for a soft pretzel stand but in reality you get a good sized portion if you order the bites. Tried the salted and the cinnamon. Both are delicious and were served warm and fresh. The line wasn't long and the employees were kind on both ends of the cart. Paid cash so no idea if the credit card machine was functioning on my visit.

A lot like one of those shopping mall stands, but it’s branded by Disney. There’s really no reason to come here, except if you really want a pretzel or you visit Disney Springs often.

However, I had a good experience here. The service offered samples, and was friendly with me. However, there’s no set prices until you actually get to the cashier. There was a big portion of pretzels, so make sure you share! The pretzels were greasy, but the texture and tastes make up for it. Overall, a good place.

They gave me a pretty decent amount of pretzel bites for the price, and the service was good and fast. 10/10 good pretzel’s.

on this account i review places i go with my service dog, barbie.
i waited probably in the florida sun for over 30 minutes in the same spot watching two poor employees try their darndest to hold the ship together. i didn’t even see it though because my dog and health issues made me tap out on my need for pretzels but i would recommend stopping here only when there’s little people inside or you can walk right up.

We normally love Wetzel pretzel but this one leaves way too much to be desired for it to be a good place to stop. The waits are long and the manager is not very nice at all. Everytime we come to Disney we have to go here for my son and every year it’s the same they never take the Disney gift cards. I’ve tried both physical and digital cards. Avoid if at all possible.

Does not accept card payments unless your card is issued in the USA! Maybe you should state that before taking an order. Disappointed family

Very good! Just that they were out of 2 items and is REALLY expensive! Overall food and staff were good ?

The smell of this place is addicting. Usually it’s too busy that I skip it but tonight I decided to give it a try. It is really pricey and you don’t see the prices until you get to the register. They weren’t able to take anything but cash. Thankfully the lady waiting in front of us gave us the heads up. I saw a coupon for $1 off the choco churro bitz so decided to try it along with a hot dog. They were good overall, but it’s just pretzel pieces dipped in cinnamon and sugar with chocolate drizzled over it. The pretzel dough wasn’t cooked on the hot dog. I waited to get a receipt to make sure the cashier put in the coupon but never got it. I told him I never got the receipt and the menu says my order is free if I don’t get the receipt. They talked in the back a bit but eventually gave me my money back. I did feel bad since I didn’t want to get the cashier in trouble, but they did deliver on their promise. I might come back and try the mini dogs next time and hope the dough is cooked since they’re smaller.
