$32 for 2 pretzels and 2 lemonades. Frozen lemonade machine was broken and there was no ice in the lemonades I ordered. Pretzels were good and big but not worth the Disney price tag.

Lemonade was very warm and when my husband went to ask for a container of ice he was given a weird look. The wrapped wieners were burnt on the bottom. It look like the staff was very bored and didn't want to be there

They actually have a couple of locations in Disney Springs and I have tried both of them. If you like your pretzels buttery and rich then these would satisfy you. And this occasion I just had the pretzel bites with salt and a single order can feed a couple of people. They are always hot and fresh and taste great. They do end up being a bit greasy to the touch but they are worth every bit of it. And past visits I have tried the pretzel dog bites and the pretzel dog as well. Overall I have to say I prefer the full sized pretzel dog but they all taste good. They also have excellent lemonade as well. Frequently there is a line but it can definitely be worth the wait. We were lucky on our latest visit as there was nobody in line in front of us.

Visited here on National Pretzel Day and the pretzels were selling so fast by the time I got to the window to pick up my order they had just enough time to salt mine and give it to me straight out of the oven. It was so hot and crispy and had just the right amount of salt. I highly reccomend Wetzels!

Worst experience ever. Double charged for things. Greasy gas station worthy food. Charged 2.5$ each for sauce that is included in the “combo”. Be careful here. They hide the prices. You will be shocked. 7$ a drink. It’s slop with champagne prices.

If I could it would be a zero. “Sorry we only take Disney payment and cash.” That’s funny since the dining plan isn’t happening. Just say cash only. It’s like this every time we try to go. I’ll just be going elsewhere.
Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they have no pretzels when I went to order and to try the other location….. Seriously nobody could walk the line and say they were out? Great pretzels but unacceptable to waste your customer’s time.

I tried the pepperoni pretzel. It was good but quite oily. $9.59 with fees. There are some with cinnamon that looked pretty yummy.

Excellent snack to go. The jalapeño cheese dip has a very good flavor. Do not get carried away by the simplicity of the product, the dough has an excellent taste.

Absolutely disgusted at this place. The prices online are not the prices in person and are significantly higher and they make no apologies about it or acknowledge it saying it's Disney's fault not theirs. This is pure cat-fishing. Also their menu seems to imply that you can get a meal with pretzel a drink and a dip all included but this is not actually what it is. They just charge you individually for everything. You could order a pretzel that is not part of the meal and still get a drink and a dip for the exact same price. The only reason this location gets two starts from me is because the food tastes good. I will earn every single person I can off this place and make sure the larger Disney community I'm part of to never visit this spot
