So freaking overpriced. I got a large soda and a large bag of the salted pretzel nuggets. The soda was warm with hardly any ice. By the time I walked 5 minutes to my car The ice was melted. The bag of.
Pretzels was supposed to be salted. I opened them Up when I got to the car and out of all the nuggets.Maybe 3 Had salt on them.The rest had nothing. The last time i'm going to this place.

Person doing our order was rude they over charged us as well as it wasn’t fresh even tho I asked her was it fresh $42 of trash WOULD NOT RECOMMEND just go to auntie Annie’s instead!

Absolutely terrible!! No prices advertised and extremely expensive for low quality food. Ordered three things for 26 dollars, no receipt given or offered! Also missed one of the sauces and didn't do what they said they could do with the pretzel bites (put salt on), if it wasn't raining I would have went back but this place is not worth it. Stay away!!! Do not do business here, it should shut down with the terrible quality of food and service. Not recommended to anyone. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this one is NECESSARY!!

We believe that these issues need to be addressed immediately for the well-being of the employees and the company's reputation.Firstly, Carlos has been violating company policies by keeping company money overnight. This is a serious breach of trust and can potentially lead to financial losses for the company. Additionally, Carlos has been constantly harassing female employees by ogling and staring at them inappropriately and discussing uncomfortable topics such as Victoria's Secret. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates a hostile work environment.Furthermore, Carlos has been harassing employees by degrading new employees and writing them up for minor reasons such as forgetting their name tags or leaving a message on read(like in the group chat). This type of management style is counterproductive and demoralizes the employees. In addition, Carlos Rivera and Wendy Rivera, are just not only employees but also have high positions and are married to each other, which is a clear violation of company policy. This conflict of interest has led to personal issues being brought into the workplace and dividing employees when taking sides.Moreover, the work environment is not up to standards. The store can be filthy and infested with roaches, and there has been mold in the granita machines. This poses health hazards to employees and customers and tarnishes the company's reputation.We urge you to take immediate action to investigate and address these issues. It is essential that we have a safe and respectful work environment, free from harassment and discrimination. We believe that the company needs to enforce its policies and standards to maintain its reputation and retain its valued employees.

Where do I start? I walked in to get a pretzel and drink. No one even acknowledged me or even said hello. I stood there for five minutes while two employees stared at me and kept rolling dough. After waiting for five minutes to even be acknowledged, l left. Terrible service. One star? More like zero.

Worse location ever!! Over 30 minutes wait for an order. Absolutely unacceptable!!

I dont think it is that bad and i dont want to let 1 one star review make it look bad.
