We really wanted to enjoy this cafe. When we visited, it was near empty. We had to wait a while to be seated because the hostess was missing. The staff took so long to take our orders, and forgot one of our items. I had to go look for the staff in order to get the check. Considering there weren’t many people, it was ridiculous and we felt neglected! Low quality service experience.
The food was far too sweet, not too good quality. The food presentation of my dish (cookie with ice cream) wasn’t good. I didn’t take a picture but I should have.
The decor inside is nice. Unfortunately that’s the only positive about our experience.

Atmosphere was nice, server was kind and professional. Prices are alittle steep. Wish they offered lighter desserts . Almost everything included icecream. I understand it's a dessert place but it was VERY sugary sweet. Had to order the coffee without sugar to cut the sweetness.
Dietary restrictions: They have a small gluten free section but it's very small.

White Rabbit is an awesome place to have a special dessert with family or on a date. They have an awesome variety of traditional and sensational options. Recently went to the Henrietta, NY location and Brandon was an awesome host that took care of my family. We sat in the front corner booth which was perfect for the kids. Loved our desserts and we will definitely be back.
Dessert place with Alice in Wonderland themed decor. The portions are huge, so one plate is more than enough for 2 people. The cakes are rich and moist, and the homemade ice cream was pretty good. It was a little too sweet for me, but that's personal preference. Prices are reasonable for the huge portions. Service was friendly. I'd come back again if I'm really craving dessert.

After looking at the reviews I brought the fam over with high expectations. The atmosphere and decor were definitely much nicer than a regular dessert place. Unfortunately that’s where the goodness ends. This is really a dessert for dinner place. Looking at my experience I effectively paid $20 for a waffle with a little apple pie and vanilla ice cream on top. My daughter ordered what seemed to be a standard milkshake and it was $10. I was neither impressed nor felt it was worth the premium prices. I don’t see how I would ever feel justified to come back.

Dessert is overpriced for small portions. Apple-y Ever After on the menu says a big slice of the apple cake. Our slice was extremely small. Ice cream tasted good. But definitely not worth $19.70 for such a small serving. If serving sizes were a bit larger, it’d make more sense for the prices.

Found this shop on a whim when I was at Waterford Lakes with some family. DELICIOUS!!! We had The Cookies and Cream Affair on a waffle, I Want S’more crepe, and the Apple-Y Ever After cake with ice cream. The waffle and crepe were light and airy and the ice cream was really good. The place itself was super cute. Great for a date night or girls night out! I will absolutely be back!

Maybe we caught it on an off night, but after seeing tons of TikTok’s about this place we thought it would be great. The sounds of the desserts all sounded great, but when it actually came to the taste, it wasn’t that great. I got a strawberry cheesecake waffle with ice cream and it was a dry waffle with sliced strawberries and chocolate chips.

The desserts are amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Our server Paloma was kind of pushy and not very good. She rushed us in and rushed us out. Brought the check without even asking if we’d like anything else which we did. When I asked for a menu to take something home she was shocked and rolled her eyes. Surprising for a place that charges $70 for 2 coffees and 2 desserts. I’m happy we experienced it but once was enough

It's a fancy dessert spot, but its still just dessert. Unfortunately it costs as much or more as dining for dinner, so I won't be coming back in the future. I spent right around $40 on 2 desserts

To be fair the biggest issue with this concept is the fact that it took 30 min to have cake and ice cream brought out to us. The cake is pre maid and also the ice cream
is as well. Why?
