Bought an aged wagyu brisket from here. It thawed easily and cooked absolutely perfect. I personally couldn't see the difference between fresh and frozen and highly recommend getting product from this establishment. The quality of meat is very good.

I’m so happy I found Wild Fork stores in Florida and NJ! As a Brazilian-Argentinian, I love high-quality meats, and Wild Fork delivers exactly that. They carry authentic cuts from both countries, including my absolute favorite—picanha, sweetbreads (mollejas)—plus Brazilian and Argentinian sausages, and even morcilla (blood sausage)!
And let’s not forget their juicy lobster tails—so delicious!...
