Stopped by to grab something quick. I tried them for the first time in Lake Nona, so I'm super happy they're closer to my home.
Great sushi fusion and friendly staff. It's a cute lil spot for a date night or to catch up with the girls. It offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

Escobar’s Kitchen is a VIBE. I came here for my birthday and was blown away. The Latin-Asian fusion, especially the sushi, was next level—perfectly prepared, insane flavors, and the presentation was unreal. Every plate looked like art.
The service was just as good as the food. Super attentive, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience feel special. This place knows how to deliver quality from start to finish.

Man this place is amazing. To see where they started in lake Kona to now have 3 locations is dope. The food here is so good. They definitely a top notch Latin Asian fusion place for sure. But not only the food but the customer service is great. If I didn’t know it was a restaurant let feel like they invited me over for dinner. The owner son is so genuine. To follow in his dad’s footsteps and be the face of the business at this location he doing a marvelous job. I highly recommend. Thank you and God bless.

Walking in this restaurant was freezing. No public restrooms. But I can not absolutely not take away from this decadent, Devine restaurant. Food was phenomenal, reasonably priced. Out server was amazing offering free appetizer for my birthday. Wish I could tele-port this restaurant to my house. Have zero complaints. Recommend to everybody.

would recommend this place—it was insanely good. Each location has the same menu, though some locations offer a smaller selection with the same dishes. The food was excellent. The service was a little slow, but the entire place at this location was very clean.

The makis at The Escobar Kitchen were absolutely amazing! I tried three rolls, and each one had its own unique flavor:
• The Escobar Roll: perfectly balanced, with fresh and bold flavors.
• The Mar y Tierra Roll: my favorite! A perfect combination that tastes really special and different.
• The Paisa Roll: such a delightful surprise, full of flavor with a unique touch that makes it unforgettable.
Overall, a delicious experience that I totally recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back. 🤎

I see why the reviews are so positive. I popped in here to have my first meal outside the hospital in two weeks here today. I was solo and even though it’s a small place they offered me a table because the bar was full. The waitress was handling all the tables herself and is still so lovely. It was a busy Saturday night and I had no reservation but they were very concerned I was waiting. I guess I looked pretty down because everyone was so nice and my meal was covered. Thank you for your kindness

Waooo! If there were more stars, I'd give it a 10. Gaby and Christian were very friendly and gave us 10/10 service. The churrasco rice with sweet plantain is the best I've ever tasted, along with the Paisa Sushi and the Mar y Tierra Sushi, which were delicious. To top it off, the 3 leches dessert was delicious. I would come back every day of my life. I 100% recommend them.
