$68 for a 3x3 piece of cheese with about 6 tiny pieces of bread, 3 tiny meatballs with polenta, 1 glass of standard Pinot noir and 1 red sangria! Way over priced. Not worth it at all.
Food is simple and excellent - not a huge food menu but what you get is excellent. The wine menu is extensive and the knowledge of the servers is way beyond what you experience at any “normal” restaurant. Also, the sommelier at the restaurant ha e been trained by the best and the details they share are intimate and real. If you love wine this is your place. Our server Kyle went beyond usual customer service and everything exceeded our expectations. Amazing place for a date.
Kyle was amazing server. Really appreciated his help in choosing wine that suited each people in our party and in not ordering too much food. We visit Wine Bar George every time we're in Orlando.
Another trip to Wine Bar George and another fantastic experience! We got there a bit earlier than our reservation time and Joann was still able to get us and our toddler seated (thank you!). We were here during the brunch service and ordered the steak & eggs, fried chicken biscuit, pancakes and shakshuka. Also had a glass of the Chartogne-Taillet (brut) and Rodica (Sparkling Refosk). Everything was wonderful. Thank you Ann/Joann/Kyle!
I thought the experience was going to be different. The wines were not good at all. I tasted about 5 different wines. The first one was too sparkly but like super warm that almost tasted like spicy at the same time. The others had a weird citrus taste and super dry. They did not have alot of sweet flavors when I asked for pink or more red wines. If your into like the more dry or weird wine it could be for you. The food was not that great either. I had better somewhere else.
We had a great time at Wine Bar George. Great food Mac & cheese bites, meatballs were both delicious. Our server Amanda was helpful with suggestions. Would definitely recommend this place!
I had the pleasure of being served by a well-informed waiter named Sean during my second visit to the restaurant for brunch. Sean's detailed explanation of the cocktail preparation made the experience more meaningful and helped me appreciate the effort put into the menu. The restaurant's intimate ambiance, despite its open layout, added to my overall enjoyment. The food quality was exceptional, and I particularly appreciated the that their menu had pictures of what the actual dishes and drinks looked like.
Customer service was at it finest. Our waitress was very attentive, helpful and always checking on us. The presentation of the food was to perfection. We had the family meal for 4 and the steak, potatoes, carrots was phenomenal. Great wine selection too. Thanks for the great hospitality we will be back soon..
We expected a high end experience and we were sadly disappointed. Our server was pleasant. However, our food was almost dumped on the table and we had to ask for our plates and cutlery to be replaced. (This was by the staff clearing and delivering food from the kitchen) No interaction and they had no enthusiasm. For the money this was a very poor experience avoid.
Great service. Food was amazing. Got the grilled sea bass. Plenty for two people if that is all you eat. I've had it once before and have been looking forward to going back for it again. Didn't disappoint.

Booking ahead, especially with a big party is definitely worth it! Upstairs, they have a private room with glass doors that you can close off the noise. The room can easily seat 10 people. Loved the ability to make a fun and hip restaurant, Personal and quaint.
Just an awesome time at WBG. Delicious food and wine and our server was the best. We sat in the 2nd floor on the corner with all windows. We had the best time watching the crowds below. We had the flaming cheese and charcuterie, and finished with a salad. My super Tuscan wine was sooo good. Not to be missed!
We have visited many times! We go out of our way to dine when we are in Orlando! Food is top notch and we found the wine selection to be not as great as we remembered and price was quite a bit more too!
Our first time eating here. Unfortunately, we found the service at check in to be inadequate. We tried to check in early just to let them know we were here for our reservation. They seemed annoyed and told us we needed to come back at the reservation time. Anyways, the waitress was fine and the food was amazing. We had the Mac and cheese bites with the skirt steak. The bar area was super loud. Try to sit upstairs if you can.
Can't say enough good things about this place. Consistency of food and service continue visit after visit. Also, if you are like me and a “sheltered Iowan” and worried this place is too pretentious, don't. The place is just amazing and excellent!
