I’m obsessed with their wings! Ordered the hot, garlic Parmesan extra crispy and they were awesome! We came to see the band that was playing that night. The drinks were great and our waitress Amanda was so sweet and attentive even with the amount of people who were there! It’s was an Extremely busy but she always stopped by to make sure we were good! Great service and the best wings in Orlando!!

Great deal on 14 wings and fries at lunch. The wings were delicious and the service by Peggy Lee was over the top! Super friedly and she has a great attitude. Will definitely be back!!!

It was a quick stop for lunch. Staff seemed annoyed by us. We’re in our 70’s so not there to cause a problem. We ordered from the bar person but soon we were transferred to a server. I can’t say I felt welcome but perhaps it’s a Philly thing. Not sure I’d go back. We’ll see.

Went to watch the Eagles game and the atmosphere and the fries were the only good thing about this place. Most surprised that a place called Wing Shack had the smallest and driest wings I’ve ever tasted. Waitress was nice but she said she didn’t even work there “just helping out”. Every question we had took twice as long to answer since she had to go to the bar to ask. Just a disappointment overall.

Even though I'm not an eagles fan, I can't deny the atmosphere was still top tier. Our server was Anna-lyse (sp?) and she was amazing. Very attentive even with a busy day and large crowd. Always patient and polite. We will definitely sit in her section again. The food was good as well and it's actually still pretty spacious for a bar.

Wing Shack has an amazing atmosphere for watching football... especially Eagles games (definitely get there early for Eagles games).
The food is good (especially the wings and cheese steaks) and the servers kick a$$ - especially Lexi
Walked in on a Sunday afternoon cause my Dad said he wanted some good wings. Place about 20% full with people watching football. Not a single employee greeted us. After about 5 awkward minutes of waiting, we figured it was open seating and found a table. Waited for another 5 minutes and still no one. I got up and walked to the bar, no one was there either. I walked over to a woman that was working the POS system. She never acknowledged I was there. I said hello politely, she turned walked away talked to another employee that walked out of the back and then they walked back in the back together. I was pretty frustrated and we ended up leaving. I’ll never be back.

Was visiting friends that lived in the area and they suggested this establishment for a few drinks and pool. Loved the atmosphere, it was a while vibe and the service was wonderful! Our bartender/server Luigi was on point😉 she knew her stuff! I will definitely revisit and recommend!
