While ordering I wasn’t told my total, wasn’t asked if I wanted it Togo or for here, and was denied making a modification to my order, these are basic things that the simplest restaurants get, downright embarrassing

I've been coming here for almost 3 years & this is the first time I had a issue. I order my food at 10:33am & I ask the manger first will my order which is 6 wings combo be ready before 11am because I have to be at work at 11am & the manager said yes it will be 12 minutes & I was the only customer at that time. I did not get my order until 10:58am & I was late clocking in at work today. And the other guy that came in maybe 8 minutes after me got his food the same time I did. So, I will never visit this store in the morning never.

I stopped by the Wingstop at 5131 S John Young Pkwy and had an amazing experience! Kim took care of me and she was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, but you have to ask Kim about the corn — trust me, it’s a must-try! Definitely coming back.

Absolutely terrible. Wings were dried out and had barely any sauce. Ordered delivery and they never put my fries in the bag. Took way too long too. I love Wingstop but this location is TRASH. Never again. I’ll stick to Pine Hills and Ocoee locations.

fave place for wings, everything i see Diane workingi know my food is going to be hot, fresh, and correct. Hardworking manager and always has a smile on her face. I prefer this location vs one by my house for the fact that the food is better and better customer service.

Wingstop is a fast-growing chicken brand these days. As a Korean, I was looking for chicken that suits our taste and decided to give Wingstop a try. I ordered four different flavors, but I was deeply disappointed. None of the chicken had the sweet, flavorful taste typical of Korean-style seasoned chicken—instead, everything was extremely sour, almost like they had poured vinegar all over it. I personally dislike sour food, so I couldn’t eat it. The store itself also didn’t feel very clean. I don’t think I’ll be going back again.
