I had a very disappointing experience with WingStop at this location. I placed an online order at 8:55 PM after a long flight with my family, expecting to deliver up on time. However, even after 1 hour and 30 minutes, the order was still not ready, and I received no update or communication from the store. I made almost 10 calls , even the Hilton manager called from local number but no response I had to take a Lyft to the location, only to find out that my order had been completely missed. There was no courtesy, apology, or accountability from the manager or the staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer compensation, the team was indifferent and unhelpful. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially after traveling and counting on the order for dinner. Poor management, lack of responsibility, and zero customer service. I will talking to Wideline Borgella , District Leader very soon . I had recorded the entire conversation.

Always a hit when I want some wings. Hot lemon pepper, delicious! Don't forget the ranch. I recommend you order ahead if you're doing take out. Also, asian bbq has a really nice kick with tons of flavor. Must try!
They were super friendly and helpful. I just forgot how salty some of their food is

whoever the young man is bagging up the food in the black shirt has an absolutely poor attitude. Created a poor atmosphere. Poor customer service. poor engagement with customers. no type of “thank you guys for waiting we will be right with you.” Just standing up at the front of the line with an attitude, as if this isn’t a job he signed up to do! Do BETTER!!! Not to mention I called Wing-stop over three times and no one picked up the phone. Whilst I was inside I also gave the establishment a call. No one picked up the phone. Poor customer service.

I will be honest with you all... this was mostly a gift card with Uber eats. That being said. Everything was great! My only complaint is garlic parmesan is TERRIBLE in a sandwich, it's just a block of solid garlic paste with parmesan sprinkled on top. I recommend anything other flavor. Other than that, incredible! Only come here if you have a deal.
