The Worst service I've ever experienced, The manager was so Rude & unprofessional. They actually dropped my box of wings into the trash can, & then refused to replace it. I asked for a refund, & He acted like he wanted to fight me. I will never go there again, & highly recommend you don't either.

I ordered my food for pick up at 4:08 and I just received it at 4:47 pm. Showed the counter lady my online order and she seemed to be confused like the time I ordered was wrong. I think when customer service is bad (No one at the counter) (Late food) then they should show more appreciation. I won't do business here anymore.

As I was Getting my order taken, I noticed the guy in the back cooking did not have on gloves. He went and grabbed raw chicken from a pan in the cooler to put in the fryer, and immediately after that, he went to touch his head and his hat and went to touching food afterwards. not washing his hands at all. This is so serious and people’s lives are at risk. They really need to look into wearing gloves and practicing handwashing safety.

Usually my experience here is just OK. But today i stopped in at 5pm and Jordan greeted me very nice and so did the other young lady with black hair. They both helped me with my order and went above and beyond for Customer experience. I hope they have a great new years!

I want to take the time to applaud this wing stop location. Tonight I placed an order for my kids on their app as a delivery and DoorDash was the company for the delivery. My order was placed at about 832pm and my order was supposed to arrive by 933pm. The DoorDasher picked up the order and literally after being 5 min away from my house the dasher had the audacity to tell me to cancel my order because they could not continue working SMH then proceeded to say that they do not have the correct address to deliver. At this point I already knew their intention was to steal the food. I then contacted wing stop and was helped by an amazing crew very professional very understanding and providing me all the steps I needed to be able to rectify this situation. After multiple calls between DoorDash, wing stop and that disgusting dasher my husband had to spend more money to uber to the wing stop and pick up our food. When my husband got to the wing stop he was greeted with an apology from the store manager which was an amazing gesture, not only did they apologize for something they did not have any fault in but they remade our food fresh and provided another apology taking accountability for something another business did. I highly recommend everyone to come to this professional and caring wing stop location.

My absolute FAVORITE wing place of all, but the night and weekend shifts need to get it together. They mess up my order EVERY time, and I order mostly on Doordash. Whenever I visit in person, there's like a 25 min wait for your food. I noticed when you order thru Doordash, Uber Eats, etc, they seem to give those orders priority. Their orders are ready in about 10 min.
Parking: Restrooms are ALWAYS out of order due to a sewage leak.

Used to come here often but it’s gone downhill the food is suffering for it. Used to get good chunks of chicken with the boneless wings but now it’s barely any chicken and all breading. It’s a shame this place was great.
