Just as expected food was hot came out accurate and flavored. I like to come to Wingstop because they are the few places that have boneless wings and still remain crunchy even with it being sauced.

My name is Danita Hamilton and on Sunday September 28th I went to a Wingstop at 7332 West Colonial Drive Orlando FL 32818 at about 1:00 PM and I was served by a young african american man that did not know how to ring up 3 wings so he was assisted by Angie who came to the counter and when Angie came to the counter she said that we do not do wings in that serving size but on September 21st I had ordered the same meal at the same location and I even went back to my car and got my receipt from the 21st and showed it to them and they still said they do not have that serving size. Following that I said to them thank you and have a good day and I walked back to my car and went to a different location located at 12479 S Orange Blossom Trail and I normally go to the S Orange Blossom Trail location because of the workers respect and professionalism but it was about 21 miles away from the Colonial Drive location. When I arrived at the Colonial Drive location Larisa the General Manager at the Orange Blossom Trail location was at the counter where she normally is and served me so very pleasantly.

On October 4th the young lady that took my order was very nice and had a smile on her face. As a customer I appreciate the smile because it sets the tone for service. Now, whoever cooked the wings for my order I give them an A+ grade 😋. Usually when I ask for them to fry them crispy they don't get it right. This day they got it right and it totally made my day because the wings were soooooooo good. Thanks to the staff for making my experience a great one on October 4th.

We ordered online from this particular wingstop and when we got our food after an hour and a half of waiting, we only got 5 of our 7 chicken tenders that we ordered. Then we looked at our 10 pack of classic wings and they were totally dried out and hard. Totally inedible and gross. Our fries were mushy and the cheese is disgusting. We called them and the phone service was horrible. We were screaming to talk to her and she told us that we need to go all the way back to the restaurant and pick up our food so we just got a refund. Apparently it takes 3 to 7 business days to get a refund so if you want better food then I don’t recommend ordering from this wingstop.

I visited this location and MiMi was wonderful. She made sure that my order was correct and fresh. She has a great personality and displays awesome leadership qualities. My overall experience was great. Patricia, the GM was on-site and had a great attitude as well. I would gladly return to this location.

came in with low expectations after reading a few negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised—the food was actually quite good.
That said, not everything hit the mark. The street corn flavor was a definite miss for me—overly sweet and oddly artificial, lacking the smokiness and tang you’d expect from true street-style corn. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I just ordered a carry out meal and not only was my chicken sandwich burnt and dry but both of the fries I ordered had the texture of frozen fries that were just put into a fryer, It’s not even edible to the point where you could enjoy it. The inside of the fries are literally still in the process of thawing while the outside is hard

The customer service sucks and so does the food!!! Normally I won't give a business a bad review unless I have given them a chance to rectify a situation. I placed two orders online and attempted to call to make sure I could pick up both at the same time. Called 5 times and no answer so I just drove there. There was only one customer waiting when I arrived so I'm not sure why no one answered the phone. Explained the situation for the cashier and he did not attempt to look for the second order even though I showed him my receipt. Waited for someone else so that I could explain the situation and she was able to find the second order for me. I have tried to order from this location before and the taste was bland. No seasoning at all. Decided to give them another try since I had been over a year since my last order and the result was the same.
