I brought some chicken wings at this spot and they over fried the wings I had the taste for them wings and all I got was a disappointment wondering why did I even waste my money on this I could've just deep fry them myself dont waste your money buy from this wing stop its not worth it

I pre ordered for a Super Bowl party, the day before. I was called asking if I was ready to pick up my order, so my husband headed out. When he returned, we opened the bag to find someone else’s food-which was an order about $50 less than what I paid for. I called to let them know, and was scolded for “taking the wrong food home” (just so happened that my order had the same first name as the incorrect one I was given). I was further told my husband “should have known” what was in the bag—so basically, you are encouraged to open the bag before you leave the store. Finally, I was hung up on by the “professional” who was scolding me. I realize these are pretty low level jobs, but give me a break. I wouldn’t return to do business with this place if I was offered free fried food for a year. Message to management-do better please. Not nice.

This is the WORST location I have ever been to! Avoid at all costs!!!!! Every time o order online I get there on time and still have to wait atleast another 45 minutes!! Then you better check your bag before you leave bc if you have more than one combo they can’t handle it and will forget half your food! Then you can’t reach anyone when you call to even get a refund after spending 45 minutes there I don’t want to go back and spend the rest of my night there smh.

Came here after work to dine-in and eat and wanted to use restroom and wash my hands and I was denied restroom told "it don't work". Someone call the Health Department they serving dine in food and have employees working with no restroom. Nasty I left I won't be returning.
