Nearly an hour for 20 pieces of chicken is INSANE. The food is always good… but why so long??? Why do you also keep the air at literally 40 degrees? It’s 60 degrees out and y’all acting like it’s 120 outside.

You need to order ahead and expect over an hour wait. Terrible service the guy in the front was incompetent. Checking bags 4 times over and extremely slow forgetting multiple items for costomers. Even one offered to restock lids for him after he spent 2 min during rush hour looking for them and one of the other workers found them instantly

I got a 10 piece boneless with the hawaian flavor and fries , but they gave me really spicy boneless pieces instead , it was sealed up and they took a while to pack it up. Please check and confirm your orders! Dont waste money

I had a great customer experience because of Grace and Kelly. I may have said the wrong order for my daughters and got the wrong type of wing. Grace immediately assured me that it wasn’t going to be a problem. Went through the process and reordered in about 15 minutes time and I was back out of there a happy customer. My family and I eat here quite often. Thank you Grace and Kelly.

Before I came I was discriminated , came in & no one asked me for help and I was still being discriminated. Waiting for my Uber pick up and all I hear is the employees saying all type of bad stuff OUT LOUD just repeating everything they read online with NO common sense to at least talk about me while I’m gone but nope those Haitian employees talked about me like a dog OUT LOUD. I was so embarrassed I had to cancel my order. What ever people going through black people LOVE to rub it in and make it worse. I’ll cancel every order from here NOBODY should be disrespected and I won’t be plus I’m a federal employee now repeat that!!!

I would like to take the time to thank Kelly and her team today! It’s Super Bowl Sunday and I made an online order and accidentally doubled the order and placed it for the wrong day. When I sent my husband to pick it up we realized the error I made. Kelly handled it like a champ, and was able to fill full our order and refund the part that I didn’t mean to place. They delivered in the best way on probably the busiest day of the year! Thank you Kelly and the whole Super Bowl Sunday team!

The young man that attended us. Couldn't understand My husband and I Aldo we were speaking in English. Ask me if I speak Spanish I said yes, I gave him the order of what I wanted for my husband yIin Spanish and still he got our order wrong. The BBQ sauce was extremely salty. As if the BBQ Sauce was as mixed with other condiments and a heavy load of salt I does suffer from severe migraine I can't eat anything excessively salty & it was drowned in BBQ Sauce.
Don't get me wrong, I will still go back. We are not perfect. We are Humans we all will make small mistakes here and there. The guy he was polite. But I guess we couldn't understand each other. I will go back, because I Love their food.
I Love their Chicken Tenders by far for me in my opinion Publix and WingStop has the best chicken Tenders by far, I mean as far as I may know. If anyone who reads this may know of another place please let me know I would like to go with my family and try the food.
Other than that the ambience was good, relaxed. Everyone around was enjoying their meals. The parking area kind a little to small they should have added extra space for cars to be able to reverse. But I will give them
