Would give no stars if i could. Placed a small order for delivery ~30 minutes to close. Not only did they give my food to some random person, but they canceled my order and refused to remake it, even though the delivery driver was waiting there to pick up my food.

For some reason this lady in the back was treating her workers very rudely her name was Nicole I believe it ruined the environment. On the other hand this worker Austin was wonderful, kind, and helpful. Would come back just for Austin. #givehimaraise

Absolutely horrible. There were bags and bags of done orders and mine was one of them cause I saw in the screen that it was completed. I waited cause I didn’t want to bother the guy cause he’s attending another person. He’s taking so long to take this order that a big line is forming. I keep waiting and waiting and nothing. He took so long talking to the customer that people started leaving. There were construction workers wanting to order and they left because of this guy. He finishes with the guy and tells the big line he has to wait cause now he got to give the orders in the bags. I thought “finally, I’m going to get my meal”. I’m in front I say hey my order is ready, I’m literally in front of him, told him my name and he starts calling other people. I think “fine, get the orders out, I will get mine eventually”…. Wrong! He took he stoped with the bags that are done, leaves to attend another person that came in. He finishes with that person, I’m still in front, I say to the guy, hey man, my order is ready. He looks at me he starts talking to the guy behind me, then he pick up the phone to take a call. By that time many people left and cancel my order. Cause he was disrespectful. You lost clients there and I’m glad. I’ll be telling everyone not to buy from this establishment.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and each time they have forgotten part of my order. When I called the store to let them know, it sounded like they were crinkling a bag in the microphone and taking someone else’s order. Waste of time and money!

personally I think the problem is management, I had an online order and when I came in this poor employee was dealing with an angry customer on the phone about a refund and instead of the manager taking over and letting him help others, she just stands there talking to other employees and joking with them all while other customers and I were waiting for our orders. I have worked in food service management in the past and I cannot fathom a manager letting a employee deal with unsatisfied customers on the phone while a group of frustrated customers are all waiting. I know that the owner probably has no idea how his own store is operating if one of his managers are acting this incompetent!

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST EXPIRENCE EVER!!!!!
WHY DO THEY ALWAYS GET RID OF THE GOOD PEOPLE AT THIS RESTAURANT. THIS WILL PROBABLY BE THE LONGEST REVIEW IVE MADE FOR ANYTHING, I NORMALLY CHUCK UP MY LOSE AND KEEP IT MOVING BUT NOT THIS TIME. FIRST, MY CHICKEN WINGS WERE HARD AND OLD LIKE THEY HAD BEEN SITTING AND REDROPPED IN THE GREASE, NOT ONLY THAT THEY WERE THE WRONG FLAVORS, THE FRIES WERE COLD AND OVERCOOKED, MY CORN WAS OVERLY SEASONED AND COLD AND THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I ASKED THE GUY AT THE REGISTER WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THE MANAGER WHO SEEMED NOT TO UNDERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGLISH AND HE ADVISED ME THAT THE MANAGER WAS JERRY, MY WIFE WENT A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HAD TO DEAL WITH THE RUDE LADY BY THE NAME NICOLE, WE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE MADE THAT OUR LAST TIME THERE BUT WE USE TO ENJOY WINGSTOP. THERE IS NO WAY THE OWNER SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE SUCH AS HER IN THE POSITON WITH THE ATTITUDE SHE HAS ,SHE WAS YELLIING AT THE CREW MEMBERS TELLING THEM THEY WORK FOR HER AND THAT SHE TELLS THEM WHAT TO DO ALL WHILE SHE GAVE ATTITUDE TO THEM AS WELL AS THE GUEST. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THAT IS OK WITH ANY UPPER MANAGEMENT THAT SHE SPEAKS TO THE STAFF AS IF THEY ARE NOBODY IN FRONT OF THE GUEST, HELL SHE SHOULDNT SPEAK TO THEM LIKE THAT AT NO TIME. HOW DO YOU HAVE MANAGERS WHO CANT UNDERSTAND YOU IN ORDER TO FIX THE SITUATION OR SOMEONE RUDE AS HER TO RUN THIS PLACE. THEY TOOK FOREVER ON MY ORDER AND IT SEEMED AS IF THEY FORGOT MY ORDER OR WERE JUST SLOW. THE LOBBY WAS FILTHY AND NOWHERE TO EAT DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE EATING ON TABLES NOT CLEANED. THEY WERE CUSSING AND TALKING LOUD MAYBE THE REASON FOR SUCH SLOW BUSINESS. LIKE I SAID I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS I JUST DONT GO BACK TO THE ESTABLISHMENTS BUT THIS HAD TO BE ADDRESSED. IM SURE THEY WONT CORRECT IT BUT HOPEFULLY THIS MESSAGE WILL MAKE TO THE PROPER HANDS. A FEW MONTHS AGO THERE WERE A FEW OTHER FACES I REMEMBER IN THIS PLACE THAT MADE IT A JOY GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT. THEY MADE SURE THE ORDERS WERE FRESH AND CORRECT AND THEY WERE GREAT MANAGERS. WHOEVER IS OVER THIS STORE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO MAYBE TRYING TO GET SOME STAFF MEMBERS BACK THAT ARE NO LONGER THERE, MAYBE THIS CRAP WOULDNT BE HAPPENING. I REMEMBER THE CASHIER ISSAC THE MANAGERS PETE OR PETER HAYDEN AND LIDIA THEY MADE IT ALOT MORE PLEASURABLE AND THEY FIXED ANY ISSUES WITHOUT HESITATION. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE ANYMORE UNTIL THEY GET THOSE PEOPLE BACK AND I WILL FOREVER TELL PEOPLE TO NOT VISIT THIS STORE THE WAY IT IS AT THIS POINT. YOU ALL HAVE TO DO BETTER. IM SURE ONE PERSON COMPLAINING DOESNT MATTER BUT EVENTUALLY MORE PEOPLE WILL EXPIRENCE THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD AND IT WONT LAST LONG. I DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO GET MY FOOD CORRECTED MY FAMILY AND I VOWED TO NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN UNTIL THEY GET THE FOOD AND SERVICE TOGETHER OR GET THAT OLD STAFF BACK THAT KNEW HOW TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS. IVE SPENT TONS OF MONEY AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE AT ONE TIME THEY WERE ACTUALLY GOOD AND THE WORKERS HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ANYMORE.

I went into this place on a busy Sunday to pickup online order of 40 wings traditional. They gave me 20 boneless wings. I returned to get a refund. Was told to swipe that I would get a refund. Never happened and never returned. Loss a customer

I had an exceptional experience at this Wingstop location far better than most others thanks to the outstanding service from Austin at the register. The food was fresh and delicious, and Austin went above and beyond his duties, even making sure we received our free survey fries. If i could i would him 10 starts.Huge thanks to Austin! I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. <3

I know you guys changed the fries and the boneless wings. The fries are no longer that soggy sweet goodness that went with the cheese sauce. The tenders aren't made with the hard breading anymore and they taste bland. bring back the old boneless and fries please.
