Order from this store by mistake, immediately tried to call to cancel and was on hold for more than an hour. Tried calling from other phones while on hold same thing. Now I will dispute the charge since they cannot be bothered to give a crap about customers.

The Female manager working 10/18 needs a lesson in customer service. Extremely rude and impatient and was busy counting the drawer instead of giving me my order that was sitting there for almost 13 minutes. I never write one star reviews coming from the service industry. But this is Definitely not a way to operate this store.

I was walk in to the location! I try to place a order, and the black lady told me it’s only online and they no accepting orders. I ask something wrong and she said yes. I am watching now and the employees are joking and laugh. That’s it’s my regular wing stop and it’s unfair that’s kind attitude. They don’t know if I a mystery shopper. Worst service!

Once again I have ordered Wingstop and I can’t lie, they never disappoint. This chain is really good at keeping the same flavor across all their stores which is one of the reasons I love their wings so much.
This time I got the 10 piece wings, half dry rub Cajun and half barbecue, with Cajun fries, ranch, and blue cheese. Something about their barbecue sauce just hits different. It is sweet, smoky, and honestly finger licking good. The Cajun fries with ranch on the side make it even better.
This location was also great with customer service. I ordered delivery and forgot to add ranch to my order. When I called, the person who answered the phone added a ranch for me free of charge. Luckily the driver hadn’t left yet so it worked out perfectly. That little detail really stood out.
If you are looking for wings this is the place to go. Oh, and they also have really good fruit punch that goes perfectly with the meal.

Visiting Orlando with my granddaughters. After leaving Kidiverse we stopped at WingStop. The waiter, which I cannot remember her name was top tier, very accommodating and super nice, and the restaurant and restroom was very clean. She even brought my food to the car, I’m thinking due to the fact that she noticed that I had small children with me. I hope that she is either a manager or in management training. My order was made to perfection and with love. Would definitely visit this wingstop again when in Orlando.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I sat to wait for my order. I was asked if I ordered and sayed i have. This lady with pink or red hair has a very bad attitude shrugged her shoulders in a i dont care manner after turning around. I could have been mistaken but when she returned to the counter she just has a very negative atmosphere and seemed very aggitated.Me as a customer if i can feel your emotions especially ANGER you should not be working that day or at all. I usually have good experiences here but these types of persons that will drive a business into the ground. My dollar will not be spent here.
