My host Christopher was absolutely amazing and the entire reason I’m leaving this review. His service was so Incredible I filled out the survey AND am writing this review. I was not sure which sauce to try and asked to sample, and he so kindly gave me a wing to sample the spicy Korean Q, which would have been a little too spicy for my liking. These little steps are what making a good restaurant location, great! Shoutout to Christopher!

I have been a loyal customer of E Colonial WingStop in Orlando for about 2 years, but my recent experience has left me reconsidering my patronage.
During my visit on July 4th, 2024 around 4:30 pm, I encountered a staff member whose attitude and behavior were not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. This individual was an older white lady with less than 5 teeth in her mouth and she was wearing a patriotic head band. Not only was she rude, she was misinformed about my order. What was even more concerning was that she openly shared her negative opinions with other staff members in my presence, despite being completely in the wrong about the issue at hand.
As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of good management and effective communication. Allowing staff with poor skills in these areas to interact with customers reflects badly on the entire establishment. It’s unfortunate that such behavior is tolerated, as it significantly impacts the customer experience.
I hope that WingStop takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Good customer service is crucial, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Until then, I will be considering other options for my needs.

I recently visited Wingstop and had an amazing experience! The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I ordered the lemon pepper and hot wings, and they were absolutely delicious! But the real star of the show was the ranch sauce; hands down the best I've ever had! The manager Emmanis was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I can't wait to go back for more mouthwatering wings and that delicious ranch sauce!
