doordash cancelled my order Wednesday night. I talked to about 5 different people between doordash support, wingstop corporate, & the actual store. over the course of 2 days, & out of all those people a lovely woman named SLIM finally helped me out. I was out of $30 & I didn’t even get my food & everyone acted like they couldn’t help me. I have the order confirmation, confirmation that the transaction went through & took my money, & the order cancellation. I cannot say thank you enough to SLIM!!!!! for finally being the only person to help me out since Wednesday night. give her a raise!!!!!

I go here constantly because it is closest to me and there service is terrible they never even address there customers and take forever to make orders. I’ve waited 3 hours for an order that was supposed to be done in 25 mins. The soda machine didn’t have one selection of soda. Pitiful. They have lousy workers and terrible outdated systems with such a busy store. I’ve overheard a cashier rushing a customer to order using the words “cmon now” as he was thinking about his order.

I called in yesterday 8/1/2024 at 11:55 a.m. and a female answered after 4 calls attempted. She answered as if she was at home, no name. I asked to place a to go order and her answer was, “you have to order online or come in person”. I said, “excuse me?”, then she hung up. I called right back and she answered again. I then asked, “what is your name?” she replies “uhhhh who is this, what is our name?” then hangs up again. First off, I have never heard of a food place that does not take” to go “ phone orders. I was driving and unable to go online plus I was on limited lunch time. Secondly, I wasn’t aware that Wing Stop hired such rude, unprofessional, and immature people. This needs to be addressed immediately. If she is acting as such on the phone, who is to say she is not contaminating the food due to her inability or disinterest in working. This is not good, she needs to say home!!! Wing Stop leadership should be ashamed of hiring such people. This is your responsibility to correct ASAP.

Poor customer service. My order was not correct. Staff looked confused uninterested in being there. You would think with all the poor reviews this location have received, these would be address. Wish I looked at these reviews before spending money here. Will not be returning.

Upon arrival the floors were sticky, my shoes kept sticking to the door as I walked. Danielle who was the order taker/cashier was extremely rude. I spoke to her and she blatantly ignored me. She completely walk passed me. Never acknowledged that I was standing at the register, and never even said hello. She had a horrible attitude and was downright mean and disrespectful.
After I placed my order I went over to the drink dispenser which contained gnats and was dirty. While waiting for my food, I watched someone come in from outside of the restaurant and stated to Danielle and the cook that she left her shoes (sandals) in the back. The cook stepped away from the kitchen and walked back up to the register holding a pair of used dirty sandals with his bare hands. The cook handed the sandals to the waiting girl, then the cook proceeded to prepare my food. Not one time did the cook wash his hands, nor sanitize after handling the dirty sandals. I immediately walked back up to the counter after witnessing this behavior. Danielle walked past me several times as I waited at the counter for 10mins. Again she never acknowledged me, the then come up to the counter with my food. I then requested a refund. Danielle asked why, so I proceeded to tell her what I had just witnessed the cook doing. Can you believe Danielle stated “well he didn’t touch your food”. At this point I am furious, but composed my feelings and kindly reiterated please just give me a refund. And Danielle continued to argue that the cook did not touch my food. Clearly this staff have never been trained on the importance of clean hands when handling food. Like I just watched this man touch dirty shoes and proceed to handle my food with those same dirty hands without ever washing his hands. After going back and forth with Danielle for a bit, she then stated “well you gotta wait on the manager” I asked her to call her. Danielle said she don’t know how long the manager will take nor did she know where she was! I waited another 20mins in the store waiting on a manager to arrive. Upon the manager’s arrival. She never spoke to me, didn’t acknowledge me, never apologized nor asked what was my concern. She took another 10mins to process my refund in which she did in silence. This is by far the worst experience I ever had as a consumer. From the moment I walked into the restaurant I had to the moment I left. And even after all of that the cook still never washed his hands! The manager never asked him to wash his hands! This is concerning and I hope I reach the right people with this survey.

We placed our order on the app for a 10 piece wings meal, flats only, well done with regular fries and a drink. We arrived around 10 minutes later, and they said they just received the order (she acted like we were interrupting her from chatting with her coworker in the back). I had to ask for my drink while I waited, she grudgingly handed it over. Around 15 minutes later we received our wings and fries. Once we got home (this was a takeout order, so I expected them to be cold since we had to go to east Orlando) we unpacked it and noticed that the french fry basket was less than half full, so we looked in the bag, expecting them to have the rest of the fries, but there were none in there. It had maybe one quarter of the fries than we've received in the regular fry basket previously. Ok, that's bad, but I'm sure the wings are fine. We ordered the Hawaiian flavor. The wings weren't well done as we requested, and they barely used any sauce (we've had these before many times so we know what they're supposed to taste like). So they were essentially plain wings. We only ate 3 or 4 of them before tossing them in the trash, calling this meal a total loss. We won't be coming back. It's a shame, but we can't afford to spend over $16 for a meal and get bad service and trash food. The above was my opinion based on my experience yesterday 7/18/2024.

The worker just cursed and told all the customers to have a seat they see there food is coming. Black female working register around 1:48pm. Unacceptable!!! When your customers are spending $40 or more for food, you don't get to talk to them any kind of way. One of the problems is You stop taking orders over the.phone, and the 2nd is you are 1 hour slow. 3rd my order is completely wrong . You didn't put any of my dressing in the bag. You are not allowed to disrespect the customers. Pay attention to detail and Get these orders right!!!On another note, I will give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars to the the young men that work here at night.... they are never a problem, food is on point, and on time. Thanks for your service young men!Where is Corporate? Please come and check on your store...I encourage you, Corporate, to just show up don't let them know, so you can see what we saw and experienced!

I ordered online but decided to go inside to see them cooking my food. I was not greeted when I came in the door, everyone was on their phones, AirPods in, and not even paying attention to the customer. Also, there was not a glove in sight which is distracting because everyone was on their phones and hands in their pockets. I kindly asked for a refund and left! I will NEVER be visiting that location again!!!!

It was my first time ordering from this place and I’m very surprised how low service they have provided. I’ve seen 3-4 Uber guys coming taking out the food while they were customers who came first come first serve before them waiting in the line and my order was never ever delivered. I waited for more than 25-30 minutes and at the end when I asked them where is my order they said they still waiting for fries. Unfortunately I was very upset with the situation and I told if I knew you guys doing it so slow, I would rather order from Uber and the manager was very mad at me and she said do I want to return your money? I said yeah of course because first of all the inside was smelling very bad the smoke from wings and fries so bad the ventilation system is not working at all. I couldn’t stay inside. I had to wait outside. I was never called. I would never ask my phone number so I know when my order is ready which says and shows how unprofessional team there is no manager is controlling the team. The orders are going very slow even tho there are 3 people working inside. The workers are not ready for the volume this location Definitely not supposed to work here and has to be resigned to different owner and corporation of the Wingstop should reconsider and check the entire system is working on Kirkman Road because this is not acceptable, especially for the food, industry and food location because it’s a health of the people health of the society on the Kirkman Road. People were very upset as well who are waiting for the order more than 30 minutes all of them were upset and it’s not only me. Thanks for reading
