It was my first time ordering from this place and I’m very surprised how low service they have provided. I’ve seen 3-4 Uber guys coming taking out the food while they were customers who came first come first serve before them waiting in the line and my order was never ever delivered. I waited for more than 25-30 minutes and at the end when I asked them where is my order they said they still waiting for fries. Unfortunately I was very upset with the situation and I told if I knew you guys doing it so slow, I would rather order from Uber and the manager was very mad at me and she said do I want to return your money? I said yeah of course because first of all the inside was smelling very bad the smoke from wings and fries so bad the ventilation system is not working at all. I couldn’t stay inside. I had to wait outside. I was never called. I would never ask my phone number so I know when my order is ready which says and shows how unprofessional team there is no manager is controlling the team. The orders are going very slow even tho there are 3 people working inside. The workers are not ready for the volume this location Definitely not supposed to work here and has to be resigned to different owner and corporation of the Wingstop should reconsider and check the entire system is working on Kirkman Road because this is not acceptable, especially for the food, industry and food location because it’s a health of the people health of the society on the Kirkman Road. People were very upset as well who are waiting for the order more than 30 minutes all of them were upset and it’s not only me. Thanks for reading

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Came in and stood waiting for 10 min before being told that cashier was on a break by a customer when there was two other workers lollygagging behind counter that could've took order. I never write reviews but had to on this poor messy service. Obviously no manager was present because the young boys that were working all seemed too lax to even care about doing the job assigned. Love the food there but some order needs to be brought asap. Wait, ohhhh here comes the cashier running from out the vape shop next door. Think I'll just go home and eat a soup. When Got there found one person cooking and one handling cash register. Third person was cleaning walls and equipments with nasty wet towl. Al of sudden he jumped over without gloves or washing his hands began to prepare raw chicken and cooking. I started to look closer and realize non of guys have gloves. Floor filthy and serms it was not swept in days. When I got home realize my chicken was dry and was’nt sauced. This was my first time in this location and will not come back again. Raw chicken needs to be handled carefully since it can cause a lot of problems. This place is most dirty place I ever seen.

Great service, great food. I have one small problem but its not worth docking a star off. Whoever owns this place is trying to torture its workers; why the hell is Closer to the Sun by Slightly Stoopid on loop?? Please fix that, i went crazy after 10 minutes, imagine how ur employees feel bro!
