While visiting Orlando, I really wanted some wings. These wings were amazing. I ordered lemon pepper, hot, or flats cooked to perfection! The customer service was excellent thank you Paulette for a wonderful experience!!

Very bad experience at this wingstop. We went and ordered the 40 count family wing meal, and asked for water cups since we do not drink soda. We asked for 5 water cups for each person after spending $60 on a meal. They told us that their manager told them we could only have 1 water cup since they are reserved for employees only. STUPIDEST EXCUSE EVER!!! Our order took around 20 minutes to prepare, and when picking up, I again asked for 5 water cups from a different employee. She said no due to her manager’s rules. I then asked to speak with the manager since I had never been refused a water cup. She said oh yeah I’m the manager, and then just gave me the water cups. Honestly was pretty upset since this has never been an issue any other time I have gotten food here. Poor management will now bring me to not do business with this location and take my business elsewhere. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

I have ordered from here three times. The first they did fine after they found someone who could speak English. We got our order correct and in a decent amount of time.
The second time, we ordered in the store to go. Again it took a while for someone who could speak English, then our order was done last thought we had come in before others who places their togo orders in long after us. Worse when we took it home and unpacked it the items and sauces are wrong.
Thinking it was a fluke we ordered a third time. This time online to pickup and to take home. It was supposed to be under 17 minutes. They looked slammed when I got in and told me it would be another 10 min. I gave them another 20 and when I came back in all the rest of the orders including the to go orders in the board were done but mine was not even started.
When I came back in the second time they scrambled to throw out order together and again got it completely wrong. Others were taken care of, but those of us out of town were left out to dry
So after spending over $300 at this location I am sure that if you are not from around this location and don't have a relationship with the people who work there, do not order. You will get your wings eventually, after everyone else...but even when you do, they will be wrong .

Vineland Avenue location needs to hurry and open because this location used to be my favorite but like everything else in Orlando is collapsing people don’t get paid enough!

Good fries, good 2 for $2 deal on the app with the tenders, good flavor and right amount of sauce. The only thing I thought it was bad was the BBQ sauce on the wings. Too much. Beside that it was good

I love wingstop, some locations are a hit or miss. Not this one, it was clean and employees were very kind. My pickup order was being made once I came in so the timing was amazing. The quality is great, I recommend this one
