The food was awesome I was greeted by a lady named Amanda , Her service was excellent she showed alot of respect and kindness, I came with 6 kids she helped with high chairs with the 2 smallest ones food was on time and hot

I only ever order fries. But the level of care with the Silverware and ketchup packets and napkins is worth a review.

THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! ITS MY 21st birthday and they forgot 35 WINGS OUT OF 100!! They won’t deliver them (the others were delivered) and want us to drive 20 mins there and back (ROUND TRIP OF 40 MINUTES FOR THEIR MISTAKE) Literally trying to call and talk to them is IMPOSSIBLE. They can’t deliver and apparently we can get a refund but they can’t even tell us the amount OR SPEAK TO A MANAGER?! HELLO ?! Why are we denied talking to a manager for their mistake and trying to get out money back?! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE, they have the MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Horrible experience. Placed an online order of over 100 wings and got it delivered. Not only did they give us bone in instead of boneless, but they forgot 35 of the wings. After calling the store, they hung up multiple times and offered zero help. Manager was useless, and they said we could either (1) get a refund or (2) drive an hour round trip to pick them up ourselves. After requesting refund information, they couldn’t even tell us how much we would get refunded. Terrible service and will never order from this location again.

Food was great. Staff were friendly but didn’t understand my English accent which was a bit awkward. Small shop so was only one table available when we went in so not the best at busy times.
Worst Wingstop location. Staff is rude and do not care about customer satisfaction. This location should be shut down. It’s like they hate that they have to do their job.
