Wonderful Hand-Pulled Noodle

Spectacular hand pulled noodles. Food was simple and unequivocally satisfying. This little hidden gem is one of the best food experiences I’ve had in Orlando so far.

As a Chinese Singaporean, this is one of the better Chinese cuisines to go to in Orlando. All noodles are freshly hand-made.

On my second visit, I requested to customized the fried rice (to have like similar to 鼎泰豐 [Din Tai Fung fried rice) with additional egg, more scallions and garlic and no green peas. It was really good.

Seafood in both soup and noodles was so overcooked it was barely edible. Calamari was like rubber. Noodles were excellent - but were let down by the other food.

Excellent noodles and service in a clean restaurant! I've been looking for a new hand pulled noodle spot ever since my last go-to spot closed down, and I think this place is even better than the last.

I ordered the stir fried house special. The noodle's texture was bouncy and chewy, and I could see the chef's expertise by the consistency and separation of each noodle. They were wok fried with plentiful protein and veggies and slicked in a lustrous sauce which was the perfect viscosity - thick and glossy but not overly saucy. The proteins included shrimp, beef, and chicken. Each protein was cooked tender, and i was particularly impressed with the beef and chicken which seemed to be cooked at a super high heat to develop a bit of a crust on the outside.

Oh, chili oil is provided as well for free. It has a pleasant spice that enhanced the dish. They also have complementary chinkiang vinegar and a delightful vinegar I've never had before called Donghu mature vinegar which has the most juicy and sweet flavour. I need to find where I can buy that vinegar, it's so good!!

Vegetarians and vegans can be accomodated at this restaurant.

Absolutely incredible. This family owned Chinese noodle and soup spot is a true hidden gem. Their soups and stir fried noodles are hands down the best we’ve ever had. You can taste the love and the family recipes in every bite, everything is rich, flavorful, unique, and insanely delicious. Even their fried rice is perfect. The owners are kind, the food is fresh, and the quality is consistently amazing.

Easily a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
