Very rude bartender, sub par food, bad representation of size and portioning all the beer in the world doesn't make up for lack of respect towards customers

While walking around the lake, we saw a poster outside advertising specials for game nights every Thursday-Sunday. We stopped in and ordered 3 drinks as Happy Hour was still on for a few minutes. We also ordered from the special menu--I had the beer cheese nachos (very good), my husband got the chicken sliders, also very good. These came out quickly. However, our guest ordered 1 hamburger slider and at least 45 minutes went by with the server stopping by a few times to tell us it would be right out. In the meantime it poured rain and we were getting wet on the patio so when the order came we asked for it to be boxed up, which took several more minutes. Our server did not charge for the slider and gave us 2 instead of one, then we left in the rain. This would have been a real nice experience had the sliders arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Our server said the problem was new cooks in the kitchen. I don't know if they were having trouble with anyone else's orders, but I'm not planning to return at this time. My guest had to eat her hamburger sliders later at home but said they were very good. It's a shame this happened as it was cool outside on the patio (before the bad rain) and the lake view was beautiful at night.

The cancellation of our The Office trivia night could have been a real disappointment, but Gigi at completely saved the day. Her energy and genuine enthusiasm were infectious, transforming what could have been a bust into a truly memorable evening. Despite the change in plans, she was quick to pivot, engaging our small group with her wit and making fantastic drink and food recommendations that had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. Gigi's ability to build a rapport with each of us, remembering our preferences and making us feel genuinely cared for, is a rare talent. The night was a success not because of a planned event, but because of her exceptional service and positive spirit. For her remarkable ability to turn a potential negative into a huge positive and her unparalleled dedication to customer satisfaction. Her presence alone elevates the entire customer experience, and she’s exactly the kind of employee that makes people want to come back.

Me and my wife were just walking around lake Eola and she accidentally swallowed a small bug and needed some water and we saw this restaurant and our server mark quickly got her a free glass of water and I thought it was a nice place so we took a seat! Ended up getting some Parmesan truffle fries from my waiter’s recommendation and the Birria quesadilla! Both were amazing and the service was great too! Also the manager Shawn came over and was a gentleman as well! What started as an accidental meal ended up being a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

Truly enjoyed our stop into WOB tonight. Great people, vibe and most importantly the service from the staff Shawn and Mark. They went above and beyond from my latex glove allergy to ensuring our dinners were perfect. Forgot to mention desert was AMAZING!! THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF A GREAT DATE NIGHT WOTH THE HUBBY!!

For the first time yesterday, Sunday, September 8, I went with my best friend and it was a bad experience, the customer service is terrible, we sat alone because no one greeted us and we lasted 30 minutes without anyone serving us, we went to the next restaurant where it was excellent

Literally awesome, I don't know why I haven't come here sooner!!! The bartender, I really wish I remembered his name, but he was AmaZing. Drinks were so good, food was on point, service was excellent. Will for sure come here more often!!!!!!!!!! ?
