Yachtsman Steakhouse

A very nice nautical/New England themed Disney steakhouse. Higher prices but you should expect that at Disney unfortunately. My wife and I came for a date night. We got the filet and rib eye. Both were very good but I wouldn’t go out of my way for either. Brandon is quite possibly the most impressive server I’ve ever encountered, very knowledgeable and has a perfect personality/demeanor for the job. It’s unfortunate for these price points that you have to deal with children running around and dancing near your tables, bumping into your chairs. Really ruins the experience when you are looking for a higher end experience away from the parks. You’re better off to go off property to visit Eddie Vs in Dr Phillips for a true high end adult dining experience with similar prices. A $200+ bill shouldn’t include singing and dancing children that take away much of the relaxation and ambiance you are looking for.

We have dined there a few times and although it has a good atmosphere and presentation of food, the meat is not seasoned well and its quality of meat is like that of any other steak house .

Overpriced for what you get. You're definitely paying for the Disney name and the atmosphere. The food is decent but the fillet was definitely not worth $60. The portions are tiny and the bread they serve you before the meal is basic. I've been to plenty of high-end places that do much better than Disney did for the same price. I wouldn't go back.

This restaurant is the best steakhouse in all Disney World Resort! The steaks are dry-aged and provide the best flavor. All sides are extremely flavorful and thia ia coming from someone who hates brussel sprouts. I love everything about this restaurant and the experience the provide.

If you’re ever in the area , don’t hesitate and dine in !!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 19th Anniversary at the Yachtsmen. We arrived at the Yacht Club Resort and he dropped me off at the door so that I could check us in for our reservation. When I walked inside there was nibbling clear indication of where the restaurant was so I had to ask the host at the other restaurant. Then I made my way to the Yachtsmen and checked in. The host checked us in and then we were called by another host shortly after to head to our table. Ms. Marje was an absolute doll! She chatted with us and told us we were dressed for the occasion and asked what we were celebrating. When we told her that it was our 19th Anniversary she looked at us side and said there’s no way we were old enough! Haha! Night made! We were seated and our server came to greet us and ask if we had any questions, which I did and she answered them and took our drink orders and my husband ordered the Lobster Bisque. We placed our dinner order shortly after and I ordered the Pan Seared Chicken which I had the potatoes substituted for cauliflower and my husband ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. Our meals were so delicious! I’ve been craving the corn and asparagus since! We weren’t planning on ordering a dessert but were surprised by a special Mickey Celebration dessert that was so decadent! Our experience was lovely! We had a nice seat with practically no on around us which made it feel more romantic and special.

The food is good, but does not correspond to the price, the service is first class although a little slow, the atmosphere is very noisy for the level of restaurant it is.

Our server, Aura was great. The drinks were so good but the food was even better. The bread service featuring the French Onion rolls with roasted garlic and butter was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Ended up taking much of my main course home.

Went to the Yachtsman with family and friends on 8/9/24. We had an extraordinary time . The restaurant is perfectly decorated. The food was absolutely amazing. It was accompanied with phenomenal service by Kim. Cant wait to go back.

One of the best steaks I ve had in my life. Kim was awesome and always on point. Everything was top notch. The onion bread was unbelievable. Yachtsman will be on our must do list every time we visit Disney.
