Manager is horrible hanging up on me because we ordered two salads for lunch paid for delivery only receive no silverware or dressing had to call several times just to be told we had to drive there for what should have been sent in the first place I would like to speak with a manager other than whose working today at 4pm

I love zaxbys food and I’m pretty lenient when it comes to service but if the girls in front of me are waving you down and the 2 front people working have AirPods in their ears… tell me you don’t want to be there without TELLING me you don’t want to be there.

The Young lady at the counter was kind and sweet, apologized for the wait when the food arrived about ten minutes later, which wasn't necessary but appreciated .
The manager was the employee who handed me the food , he was just as friendly.
I would definitely go here again

I love their chicken bacon ranch fries! My husband loves their traditional wings. This store gives more chicken & toppings on their CBR fries. It is wonderful.
