Every time. Everytime I pull up to the drive-thru, they put me on hold even when there’s no one else in drive. I don’t get it. They must not have time there because when I worked at Taco Bell years back, you never put the customer on hold. It’s bad service, and it ruins our time.

Average service and nothing to complain about there but the chicken tenders at this location are so insanely dry. Like the tenders look shriveled up. Comparatively, the Zaxby’s close to my job on the other side of town has the juiciest chicken tenders so I know it’s just a fault of this specific location. It’s consistently dry too. It’s unfortunate because this one is closer to my house but the other Zaxby’s I go to also doesn’t charge extra for sauce so I go there instead

Don't go here. The food is just like any Zaxby's, they are just severely understaffed. It was a full 5 minutes before I even saw a front end staff member and she was overwhelmed by the 2 parties in line plus the 2 cars in drive thru. Apparently it was just her and the grill guy running everything. It had been 20 minutes before I saw food and by the time I finished my meal the people who were in line behind me hadn't even received their food yet

The store managers Terri and Jacob are amazing! I had a company event that required multiple different platters. I wanted to assure the food was on time, possible to order online, great food and of course accuracy. Both, Terri and Jacob assured me the order process online was fast and easy and it was and the food was ready on time, in fact a few minutes earlier. I'm really grateful for their help as the company event turned out great and everyone was satisfied. Thank you all so much that worked that day to put together all those platters, you all are amazing!!!

This is the first and last time I'll be going to this Zaxbys as I had thee worst experience! I did an order pick up that included 3 meals and a funnel cake. When my coworker went to the location via the drive-thru she was given one bag with only 2 meals inside and 3 drinks without straws. When I called to inform them that we were missing a meal the male that answered said that our "driver" forgot to grab the second bag. This was not an Ubereats or Doordash order, so I explained to him that she went thru the drive-thru and was only given 1 bag. He then proceeds to say that if I want, I can come back down for the rest of the food as he has it there. I ask him if it can be remade as I have to now drive 12 minutes to the location for the rest of the food. He said okay. Once I get to the location, I see a bag sitting in the order pick up counter and I ask the female employee if this order for me was remade as the bag was cold and did not appear to be. She responded that she did not know. I then had to ask her to ask the person I spoke with on the phone if it was remade and upon asking the person in the back she said he was still working on it. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my order to be remade and once again no apologies or accountability for the error. Dont waste your time going here because they do not care about you as a person what so ever.

I was having some issues with the online ordering and the manager (a blonde lady) helped me get my order quickly and even gave me some extra tenders for my trouble. She's a rock star!

I love Zaxby's on e. Colonial. I believe the manager should train this store better. Poor service, I've tried this place twice and giving the second chance for the service being completely poor. I placed in order in for my leadership group online waited 2 hours all to get a call that this fast food ? joke, gave my order and refused to remake it after knowing it was stolen. Horrible service. Didn't call nor dare to bother with this service and I will highly not recommend this place even through door dash. By the way get a better person who knows how to door dash orders correctly you deserve a Zero star for failure on completing services and allowing people to steal from your store.
