This location used to be really clean. The ladies room is absolutely disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were plenty of employees working and the dining room also had no clean tables.

Came into the store today and the lady who took my order was terribly rude and seemed to have a heavy attitude for having to do their job. Tenders are okay and the cheese curds but the fries here are bland and have zero seasoning.

As a mystery shopper and compliance auditor (off duty in this case) for a national company I am fully aware and critical of the places I patronize. I also believe in second chances... our visit a week ago, they were out of Sprite and ice(things happen), tonight they were out of sprite and rootbeer. I hesitate to visit this location in the future and it's walking distance from home.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich through the drive thru and when returning home found no chicken in the sandwich called them and the individual on the phone was dry and uncaring

Every time I come to this Zaxby’s, there is a problem. The only thing I’ve ever eaten there is their chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. First time no bacon, second time no chicken, tonight they tell me they’re out of bacon and charge me full price for this meal. I will never come to this location again and I advise you to, at least check your order before you leave the drive-through

I went through drive through. It took 2 people to take my order. The chicken fingers were very salty. The toast was burnt to a crisp. They didn’t put my coleslaw in a separate container—-just spooned in
the black container. My tea had no ice. They did not give me the 3 extra Zax sauces that I ordered. This is the 2nd time that they did not get my order correct. Of course I didn’t notice all of this until I got home. I am highly disappointed. What a waste! If I could give Zero stars, I would!

mr beast box is amazing

The chicken tenders were moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Fried perfectly. French fries and coleslaw delicious. Variety of sauce choices. Dining room needed swept and tables wiped down. Freezing cold temperature, uncomfortable. Pop music was okay, but too loud. The person who took our order was unpleasant. Tone matters. Parking lot needs cleaned up, trashy. Convenient hours. Price is good value for the amount of food and quality.
