They should really consider getting a new manager. Ordered ubereats and the food was inedible. I called and the manager asked me to drive to store 30 mins to replace the food. He did not even bother to apologize. Delivery fee was not refunded and the food was still not up to standard. Such a shame because this place used to be great!

Worst experience ever. The price of the food for the quality that is served is ridiculous. The Cuban sandwich(es!) I ordered were cold and the potatoes and fries were burnt to a crisp. I expected more, this was truly a terrible first time experience with Zaza.

The beef empanada was good. Tostones were crispy. Rice, black beans were just ok. My sister had the steak and potatoes and she said it tasted funny but was not good. This is fastfood cuban food nothing special.

Absolutely fantastic! That was quite an upgrade from an ordinary Cuban sandwich. The empanadas with their housemade aoili was one of the greatest things to grace my taste buds.

Awful food! What a waste of my money. Last night I ordered takeout and was extremely disappointed. I’d ordered 3 Ham Croquettes, a Beef Empanada and the Pan con Bistec Sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for any of it. The croquettes & empanada were overly deep fried and the bread & potato sticks on the sandwich were stale. It was inedible and went into the garbage. Thankfully I’d taken the order to-go, because the interior wasn’t clean.
