Staff is rude. I get it, I'd be rude if I worked fast food at the airport too. Just kinda appalled when the kiosk asked me to tip 30%. Like for what? The kiosk took my order (the cashier down right refused to take my order) I had to stand in line to pick it up. I'm not tipping the staff who acted annoyed by my presence. Like who's the tip for and why does suggested gratuity start at 30% for someone who acts like it's burdensome to even give me directions or help me order. The Zaza in Waterford is way better.

ZAZA's Cuban Cafe is a gem in the MCO-Orlando International airport terminal! This family-run spot serves authentic Cuban dishes that hit all the right spots. Their empanadas are crispy, flavorful, and packed with goodness, and the sandwiches are fresh and delicious. The warm, welcoming vibe makes you feel like you're at a cozy family kitchen, not an airport. Highly recommend for a quick, tasty Cuban fix! Ya tú sabe!!!!
There were 6 people at the counter and the service was beyond terrible. Very unfreindly.
Speaking spanish and ignoring customers. Also my sandwich had garlic in it. The fine print ingredients was illegible.
Terrible customer service
The food was good and the staff (Dayessi and Nayrim) made me feel welcome.
This is my first time to try Zaza. I only drink black coffee and I’m generally not very picky when it comes to where I get it from. That being said, the coffee was not good. I got the medium roast, black, and hot. It tasted like it came from a dispenser that had not been cleaned in some time. It had kind of a sour aftertaste. My dad threw his cup away and if you knew him you would know how crazy that sounds because he is even less picky than me. I tried to get a refund but was told she couldn’t do refunds. The food smelt good though and the place was very clean. The other thing is that they pre populate a tip for you when you use the kiosk to order and if you are not careful you will end up tipping. The only way not to tip is to change the default to other and backspace the pre-populated amount. I don’t mind tipping the hen necessary but the way they go about it seems shady to me.
Best food in the terminal.
I love this place. My husband came back home with half. I was in love with the cuban sandwich. Came to Orlando for an event. I had to come in person to eat the food fresh hot. And hands down amazing. They are friendly, service was fast and my order done correctly. 10 out of 10 I do recommend 👌
Ordered a latte, which tasted like burnt coffee. The egg and cheese crossaint was handed to me immediately after ordering before I even paid. It was not even remotely warm and looked like it had been made hours if not days ago. Ordered it at around 6:30am. There was no order as to how they were bringing out drinks for ppl. They had drinks for ppl who just ordered and not paid yet, but no drinks for those that had been waiting 10+minutes. This order of an egg cheese crossaint and latte was over $15. Way overpriced for poorly prepared food and drink. Would never go back.
So so good! The chicken sandwich was fabulous. On fresh baked bread. Great flavor. And the service was amazing. And
They don't allow airport employees to seat down to eat a lunch or breakfast in their restaurant. if I am paying like any other customer, why the discrimination?

Brutal. I order a coffee and a cinnamon roll. The girl at the register could barely speak a word of English and couldn’t communicate. The coffee came out in 5 min but the Cinnamon roll was a nightmare. It’s literally sitting there in the case. 20 min later the worker goes and grabs it and then they want to heat it AFTER she asked, “hot or cold” and I said, “I don’t need the roll heated”. Then when the guy pulls one from the kitchen that is being heated, he dumps it face down in a paper bag which of course sticks all the frosting the bottom of the bag and makes a mess.
Maybe get some employees that communicate better and understand little things like how to get a roll out of the box and hand it to the customer without ruining it. Just a thought.

Good deal and a pretty good, simple airport breakfast. Ordered cheese toast and cafe chocolate. The toast was super simple, cheese on a sandwich roll, pressed on the grill. Inexpensive (for the airport) and filling. The coffee drink was solid. Service was quick and friendly. Overall well worth it to get an airport breakfast with coffee for right at $10.

Probably the best place to eat at the airport, ESPECIALLY if you want to try Cuban food. It's authentic and well prepared. I've had Cuban food in Miami, Tampa and Cuba. This place can compete with the best. Try the Cuban sandwich, a pastry and some cafe con leche. You won't be disappointed.

Za Za (at Orlando International) does for Cuban airport fast food what Barrio Café (at Phoenix Sky Harbor) does for airport fast food! It too is locally owned and operated by a community restaurateur. It shows it can be as faithful to the flavors of the cuisine of origin and the integrity of its namesake as is possible under the conditions of its airport location. As travelers depart on their way home, this spot gives the sojourner an opportunity to get a last flavor of the Cuban Cuisine legacy they’re leaving behind in Florida. It is a fast-food joint, so one must take its offerings with a certain grain of salt, but kudo for it does its best in both its offerings, innovation and one’s expectations. Some of their Americanized Cuban samplings are not bad such as Ham con Queso and Vegies con Queso scrambles. They offer a great array of egg sandwiches, an interesting and unique congri and maduros breakfast dish, as well as the better-known offerings of Pan con Bistec, Pan con Lechon and more. We’re glad to have stopped here for breakfast before leaving Orlando, it was tasty, relatively fast and the folks were cordial. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!
