Zero Degrees

I attempted to leave feedback through the company website, but the “Contact Us” link was unavailable, so I’m leaving this review instead.

I contacted the Zero Degrees location near the Florida Mall to place an online pickup order. There was no indication online that items were out of stock. However, when I called to place the order, I was told they did not have chicken wings, chicken tenders, or shrimp. The only food items available were french fries and popcorn chicken.

Since my child really wanted food from this location, I decided to go in person to order what was available. When I arrived, a young woman was speaking with another individual and then began to take my order. Midway through, she stated—speaking in third person—that “the cook/chef was not there.” This was confusing, as no context was provided, and I didn’t understand how orders were being taken if no one was available to prepare food.

I returned to my car and called the store again to ask when the cook would return. I was told she didn’t know and that he had left about 30 minutes prior. I was also told she could take my order but had no idea when it would actually be cooked.

This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for a food establishment to be open, taking orders, but have no one present who can actually prepare the food. If items are unavailable or staffing is an issue, that should be clearly communicated online and in-store.

Unfortunately, this experience was a complete waste of time and very disappointing.

This is our kids’ favorite popcorn chicken place. Drinks are also good.

Reasonably priced.
Buffalo chix & loaded fries.
Nice sized portions.

Amazing boba/milktea/ signature. beverages!! I’ve never been disappointed. Please come support your local food/beverage spots!!! I love having a variety of options in my area not just boring &typical food spots/drive thru’s! Staff is friendly, inviting and patient most importantly! Pls come cool off at 0 degrees !!!

How this place is still in business.

It is so nasty, food is frozen food quality.

Says it’s open on Google but when you arrive at the location they have a sign saying “Closed on Tuesdays” update your hours !

Absolutely delicious drinks to cool you off during this sweltering heat. We got the Pina Colada and the strawberry cheesecake drinks. The fresh strawberries put these over the top. The woman who made our drinks was so sweet. Be sure not to pass over this place.

Super bummed they don't offer food options anymore.

This place has just become the biggest disappointment in Orlando over the last year. My family and I have driven from PSL multiple times. The hours are NOT updated. They DO NOT have food. They don’t even have bathroom soap. They should just cut their losses and close this location.

Drinks are is good but much of the boba is stuck together and with failure to depict calorie count and no nutritional info when asked and lost two stars, as well as probably illegal.

Service was good, the elote was so yummy! Big fan of the split cup idea, and both drinks were phenomenal!

First time going, the staff was kind and welcoming! Knowledgeable about their drinks (I have a dairy allergy), and was offered countless options! Quick to prep and take; and the Pink Lychee is SUPER TASTY and refreshing (the one pictured). Don’t let the photo deceive you, it had been taken after a few sips; you get well sized portion for the price! Also, the presentation is SO nice!

If you haven’t tried them yet, give them a chance; you will NOT regret it!
