The food was delicious. The chef's passion for food was obvious in every bite. He is friendly, caring, and delightful. The server was friendly and attentive. I hope others will try this little gem soon.
We love this place! it's always delish and the severs are always friendly and helpful. The owner is the chef and it's so authentic and fresh. Highly recommend. Call ahead to make sure they can seat you. Sometimes they require reservations but it's well worth it.
Absolutely phenomenal Turkish cuisine, I believe I said authentic when we ate there at least 50 times. A true hidden gem!
Stopped in this evening for the first time and enjoyed a really great meal. Our food (mixed appetizer, lavash, and beyti kebab) was delicious, and both our server and the owner couldn't have been warmer or more friendly. Looking forward to visiting again soon and strongly recommend Zeytin to anyone looking for great Turkish food in the Edgewater/College Park area!
This place is wonderful and the staff so friendly.

Im not gonna say everything until you came here by yourself and see the truth.
A lot of surprises here .
Thank you guys you really made my day š«¶š»
My family of 5 was able to be seated immediately after making our reservation with immediate attention from our server. He delivered our food swiftly and listened to any of our requests for extra rice, ice, etc. The chef provided us with a succulent set of appetizers and entrees that left us wanting more. They have potentially the best lavas bread in the city that mixes perfectly with their hummus. Their entrees did not stray far from that quality with their chicken sish kebab that had great portions and great taste. Their lamb sish kebab was garnished even better with a degree of wellness that you could customize to your liking. Their chicken adana kebab had a nice layer of a crispy texture that accompanied its rich taste. Their turkish sausage pide had portions sufficient for two people and had a great mix of cheese tomatoes and sausage. Overall, great food and even greater service with a charismatic owner that left us with a tremendous experience is what you can expect from this establishment.
Excellent service . Very generous portions . A family friendly environment . The love was scrumptious . Overall a great dining experience . Will definitely come back.
The owner is an amazing person, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended ā¤ļø
Iāve Had in Years
This restaurant may be small in size, but it delivers big on flavor. Most of the dishes we tried were exceptionally deliciousārich in authentic Turkish taste and cooked to perfection. A few items were just average, but the majority stood out for their flavor and quality.
Service was impressively fast and the staff were warm and friendly, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance is simple and not particularly fancy, but honestly, when the food is this good, thatās not a concern.
Do note that parking is limited and the restaurant space is compact, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.
Iāll definitely be returning the next time Iām in the area!
Lahmacun was good. The appetizers were very successful. For those who can eat lamb and mutton, the doner kebab was also really good. I went for the first time and I am happy that I found a place where I can take my guests who are curious about Turkish food.?

The food is unfortunately very bad and salty + the prices are insanely exaggerated + but thanks for the service
My husband and I ordered a mixed grill, 4 small size appetizers, ānot freeā bread, a cola, and a meat plate, may God bless the grace. Our account was more than $130!

The BEST Turkish food I've ever had! The lavas & the sampler of spreads were delicious. Lentil soup was very creamy and full of flavor. Feta pide was amazing. I'm still full and got my mouth watery just thinking about this place. Everything was cooked to perfection! Thank you, we will be back many many more times!

Had the appetizer platter and the lavas, feta pide. Portions were great and the flavor is true Turkish. Best Turkish restaurant in Orlando easily!
Kid-friendliness: Cute little turtle in the tank as you walk in. Owner came out from the kitchen to give my son a couple pieces of lettuce to feed him!
