When I first walked in I didn't quite know what to expect. I've always heard about this restaurant but never actually took the time to walk in and check it out until today. I was crunched for time so what I decided to do was just quickly order something on the menu that sounded appetizing and then go with a crowd favorite which is rice. Also not seen in the pictures was the chocolate cake that I decided to add to the order. So I took it back to my office and absolutely devoured this meal. I can't speak for the other Mediterranean cuisines that were a part of the menu that I skipped over. However I can definitely speak for the lamb and rice, absolutely delicious and an absolute gem. I would return any day of the week. Even if you're not a fan of Mediterranean food or you're trying Mediterranean food for the first time I definitely think you should go with something you're more used to before exploring. But it was good!

They resolved a frustrating website mess of a glitch, and I’m satisfied.I was accidentally charged twice for an online mobile order, and after cancelling both more than 24 hours before the due time, there was still one delivered and charged for. Also, I set it to be delivered at 5:45pm (stated on my email too) and their receipt said 5:25pm. So, we ate cold food on Valentines day.I brought the other order back, and they were very apologetic from the start, and refunded the money. If they mess up here, don’t panic, they’ll make it right.

SoDo location needs a lot of help or more training. Staff seems like they couldn’t care less. I came back because I was missing food from a pickup order and wasn’t acknowledged for the first 10 minutes I was standing there. Cooks especially are clueless. Someone was mopping an hour before closing. Just disappointing considering the $32 I just spent.

Just had my order delivered- Poor Quality, Tasteless, and portion of chicken. Especially since I had to pay an extra $3.00 service charge. Had deliver my ordered chicken kabob with Greek salad & Roasted vegetables. Well the salad did not have tomatoes, did not have feta cheese, only 2 black olives - as listed that would include. The chicken kabobs - the chicken queja little bit of chicken chunks, dry and no taste, the roasted vegetables also no taste at all. Both the chicken and vegetables were like eating paper - not a nice tender season meal. Extremely extremely disappointed - specially when you CHARGE a service fee of $3.00 + so so disappointed - not what Zoe’s kitchen uses to be. They probably will not even address this but I did want to share my experience before you decide to order for delivery from this place.

My hummus was great, but my wife's food came out cool and lacking flavor.

This place is a joke. We came in to try it out, ordered an avocado smash a bowl and a kebab plate. My boyfriend is vegan and has a dairy allergy so he ordered the protein bowl which on the online menu says includes tzatziki and harissa sauce. Since he can have the dairy he ask for no tzatziki and he doesn't like peppers so he asked to sub the harissa for something else and add on another sauce. The cashier two times insisted to him it didn't have tzatziki, to which he said just making sure because your online menu says it does. We pay and I take a look at the check and see they charged us for two sauces even though he just substituted the ones on there. I ask for a refund of the two sauces since it was a sub to which the manager says "what you want $0.50 back?" Lol, yeah since you are just gouging people. When my boyfriend's dish comes out and there tzatziki all over it. The cashier is actually the person who delivers it and she says guess it has tzatziki and just starts to walk away. I ask them to remake it and they just scoop the falafel and other ingredients into a new bowl. There's still dairy all over the place when they hand it back, like what a joke. He's allergic!!!! I will never come back and can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

I've seen this restaurant for years and never knew what type of menu they offered. But I was going into Walmart for salad to accompany J*** Chicken my husband grilled for dinner. I smelled what I sensed was grilled onions (?) and it smelled delicious. I assumed it was coming from Zoe's Kitchen. My curiosity and hunger pains got the best of me and I ventured inside to see Greek options. YUM. I love Greek food I grabbed lunch for me and hubby. My choice: traditional Greek salads (with boiled egg added), two chicken kabobs. I must say the food was better than I expected, w/ fresh veggies and mouth watering scratch dressing. The pita pieces were a nice addition, soft & yummy. I was tempted to buy a bottle of the dressing but too lazy to go back in and my bill was already approx. $35. Pricey lunch for two but I don't regret the purchase and will definitely choose Zoe's Kitchen when I'm in the mood for a healthy meal while on the go. Oh, the staff was not friendly or helpful being that it was my first time there. No suggestions...cashier just stared at me. Not welcoming at all. Reason for only 4 stars. So if service doesn't matter to you, it's worth a try.

Ran out to Zoes after hearing some great things about it for a post Engagement lunch with the now Fiancée! The food was absolute amazing and fresh. I suspect it tasted better being we were eating Disney World food most of the week but it hit the spot. I got the steak and salmon kabobs and the fiancée got steak and shrimp. We shared a piece of their homemade chocolate cake and it was as good as my own mother made it. Staff was helpful and attentive as well as having the GM Chris on duty come out and make sure our meal was satisfactory was just the icing on the cake. In case I wasnt laying in on thick enough they were beyond busy and food was out to us in 10 min or less. Hot, fresh and delicious.

Food was fresh, the staff was highly professional and welcoming. The manager Yari went the extra mile to ensure I was welcomed and treated with respect. Also, when I arrived it smelled clean. As I saw staff members continuously cleaning if they where not helping a,customer.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t my favorite experience at Zoe’s. The salmon tasty very fishy and almost old. I also found a bone in it which was less than appetizing. I don’t usually have an issue with my orders, so maybe it is just this location or it’s just because of the day. Regardless, I am not sure I would return to this location.

I popped in one day to give it a try and got thw steak with veggies and rice. When I tell you the flavors were something my mama would make. The rice and veggies were cooked perfectly and the steak medium. For somewhere getting steak in under 7 minutes is a win in my book.

They have little kids working in the back on the grill. I know some kids can cook in the kitchen, but cmon Zoe's. Don't trust Mediterranean cuisine to teenagers. Shrimp was undercooked. Vegetables were hard and undercooked.
